This real estate agency is a joke. Firstly they started our tenancy with an offence by not giving us the Entry condition report at the start of the tenancy (but only 7 days later despite multiple reminders from us). Then, even if they knew the gas cooktop and other items were faulty at the start of the tenancy, we are still waiting for the kitchen appliance to be repaired 4 months later. They don't care about their responsibility for ensuring the property is in a good state of repair, and only started to do something about it when we finally sent them notices to remedy breach. They are purely money-driven and show no empathy at all.

I cannot thank Margreta enough for all her help managing my investment properties over the years. I changed to Grace and Keenan when the previous real estates tenants completely trashed my house and Margreta made sure the house was repaired when the tenants moved out and if it wasn't for her I would have been out of pocket $2000. I believe she is a fair negotiator, is always honest with me, is prompt to our meetings and always replies to my questions. Oh my god, margret was the culprit looking after her freinds property. They harrased us so much with bond and cleaning. We cleaned all house but they keep charging us for the things that were perfect when we moved in.i request everyone to stay away and beware high rent cost.i have asked my freinds to stay away drom these money minders. Magreta Turner was a terrible real-estate agent to deal with. I inspected a house which Margeta was showing which had already been approved to someone else the day before which I only found out by calling the office two days later as she never responded to messages or calls. Extremely deceiving and disappointing.
