Grant Leslie and his team have always provided me with excellent service. But this time around, it was truly outstanding. To make a long story short, a massive tree fell on our house as a result of the windstorm last Friday. The State Farm emergency phone lines were out of order & in desperation, I reached out to Grant. Within minutes, he responded that he would help me. The next day, Grant miraculously found a tree removal company who was willing to come out. They sent a crew of 3 men who worked for 8 hours on Sunday to carefully remove the tree & its branches. The next day, State Farm opened a file & quickly approved a contractor to do the necessary repairs. Grant, I can't thank you enough for being there for me & my family. I got hit from behind March 21 2022 in the highway.Headrest airbags went off. I still need Physiotherapy as I can't run anymore. I was on my way to work. No income replacement yet!
