Anthony working under Rob Demille was caught disclosing confidential information and explicit language about a client when he carelessly forgot to hangup the phone & decided to talk to coworker as he was preparing a quote. Edit : you’re saying your beloved worker refutes the allegations : when I called him back telling him that he forgot to end the call, and I heard him disclosing my information, he hang up on me & stopped taking my calls. It’s unfortunate that you think lying about the situation will help your image. This complaint is actually being forwarded to executives for review. “We’ve tried contacting you with no Avail” ; this is false information. We are currently in contact over email and have been since the day this issue occurred. Rob Demille knows that my complaint is being forwarded to executives for review because his attempt at resolving the issue was to ask me which law office I work for because he needs a contract lawyer…?

I was with State Farm and the previous owner before the times of Rob Demille and before Dejardins took over the business. This year, Dejardins and Certas discovered that they have a problem: Too many new expensive SUV-s are getting stolen and they are losing profits. The problem is theirs! It belongs to them, to the owners of expensive SUV-s and to the police. But, they decided to push it to others. So they decided to increase the rates with about 50% for the clients with spotless driving records, old cars and no claims. When I told them that I am going somewhere else, they charged me an extra month and a half. Just like that! Stay away from them and shop around! You will find better!
