The cut was good. However, when I got home I realized I made a mistake with the style. I didn't like it. I went back to them fully expecting to pay for a second cut because this was my mistake. I checked in as a new customer and explained the situation to the one who previously cut my hair. She finished her client and I was next in the list. She skipped me to do an other person, who had walked in after me and told me the other stylist would be cutting my hair, whatever. The new stylist was still working on her client so I waited. The first stylist finished her client and skipped me again. Whatever. The second stylist finished her client, cleaned her station and walked away. She didn't acknowledge me or even glance in my direction. She disappeared for over 10 minutes. After that I felt unwelcome and like a burden to them. I left and went to a different great clips. I'm only leaving this review because this is the second time I've had issues with this place. I still love great clips and will always go to them just not this one.

Great Clips gives great haircuts at a very reasonable price. I very badly needed a haircut today, so went by shortly after they opened. If you get online after they open, you can sign in and pre-check-in for an appointment, but I had other errands to do before heading that way. They had no one in line when I arrived, so I was immediately seated. They keep track of what you had done at previous visits, so even though another person cut my hair on a previous visit, this person knew exactly what I wanted, and cut my hair that way. Quick, accurate, efficient, the way I like things!

I noticed this after I got home and while I know it’s a mistake but the stylist never even apologized for what she did, instead she was more busy sharing her thoughts about politics in this country!! I would have really appreciated if she was more focused on cutting my hair. I’m never going back there again. Update: Customer service answered to this review by asking me to call or email them so they can address the issue, Well, while I didn’t expect much I still called and tried to email them but there was no response to either!!! That’s Great Clips for you!!!!!!!!

I usually always go to great clips to get my sons haircut. Stylist usually have much patience with him but today 8/12 I went to this location. My son was ansty from the start. The stylist from the start didn’t like that. She started the cut, even cut a piece of my sons hair. Then proceeded to tell me to get him out of the chair so he can relax and she can take the next client. I’ve never had anyone push my son aside like that. I ended up leaving. Probably never go back to any other great clips from now on.

Anyone that’s retired or wants a haircut by someone that needs to be retired or doesn’t want a haircut that’s more stylish its definitely a great place to go with great prices but if you’re looking for somewhat low fade or some sort of a style please don’t go here I show them picture of how I wanted my haircut and my son the ladies said she knows how to do it . me and my son both we got a horrible haircut I know the hair will grow again but I will never come here again .

I came in for a haircut this weekend and did not have a good experience.. stylist was bumping my head hard with the razor various times and combing my hair very hard. Seemed like she was in a rush.. no excuse for this. She left long strands of hair near my ears.. bad service , won’t be back.

Showed up at estimated online of appointment, immediately greeted, haircut began quickly after I arrived. Great staff with regular crew I always see at that location. Haircut is good and consistent each time. Perfect place to get in and out and pay a consumer price for a quality cut.

Went in today for my daughter. She wanted her hair just below her shoulder with layers. Definitely not what we left with. She took off way to much and called the jagged face, framing that she did layers. It’s terrible. My poor daughter was so upset and disappointed. Absolutely Awful.

Y’all, I cannot praise Theresa enough! She did a great job with my hair and engaged in such a light and delightful conversation. I will definitely be back to see her again! I have been a few times and all of the stylist have been a pleasure. Definitely recommend this location!

Very confident, professional stylist. I felt very comfortable and confident that my hair would look good, and I was right!! Also, by checking in online, I was in and out very quickly. These are the reasons I choose Great clips for every single one of my haircuts.

The woman who cut my hair was very nice sadly that doesn't mean anything to me when I come out of there with my hair looking absolutely awful, I didn't realize until i was home that she never showed me that back and once I looked myself I knew why.

The service was fast. I explained in detail that I wanted the top of my hair cut a certain length. The barber totally butchered the top of my hair and it’s all uneven and does not even comb over now. Totally disappointed.

Friendly but cuts hair shorter than requested each time requested a touch-up. This is across several visits to this location. If you need short haircuts, great place otherwise, look elsewhere.

So far so good. Lady who cut my hair after 25 yrs retired. Jade is awesome. Getting to know the rest of the staff. Give it a shot and eat lunch in the shopping center. Two birds one stone.

Rachael and Jade both were personable and absolutely awesome with my 4 kids! We are new to that area and I am so glad we stopped by to get my kiddos'hair cuts. I will take them back!

Inexpensive haircuts and they record your blade number to enable recreation of original cut. As a man I like a no nonsense cut and im in and out in 10 minutes
