I have been a customer of GSB for many year's now, and couldn't be happier with the products available, as well as the consistently fantastic customer service that I always receive from all the staff when I drop into the Pacific Werribee branch. And most recently when I attended the branch to make a few enquiries the service was once again no different, as I was assisted by Ishman who took the time to go over all my enquiries in a friendly and professional manner with a world of knowledge. I have also been assisted by Anne in the past who is equally as friendly and professional. Thank you ladies and Great Southern Bank for always making me feel like a valued customer.

Been to this branch a couple of times and the tellers are lovely. I was considering opening an investment account here until today. Made a deposit into a business account at the branch, sat down for 2 minutes to send an enail to the business to advise of deposit and was kicked out of the bank by a small managerial looking man. I told him I was a customer and was just finalising my business there but was told I can't 'hang around' in the branch. I wasn't there to socialise and you just lost a potential $200,000 investment account. Good job.

visited here today to cash in some coins as we are moving and having garage sale. A small managerial man came out and questioned me why I was doing so. explained to me that they don't provide that service here etc. I had counted it out in correct amounts and was bagging it up. The teller was assisting me was very professional and understood my reasons. We are leaving Melbourne soon and definitely changing banks. Such a negative person to be a manager. He should be chatting to his customers instead of putting them down.

Slow as a Wet Week yes lovely staff but look install a ATM that accepts cash so we dont have to line up and listen to your long winded catchups when all we want to do is deposit and go. Theres only 2 terminals and they can be tied up with long processes learn from Bank Melb tetminals for quick trans anything longer cust sit for sit down qith someone in office

I've been a member of CUA for 30 years and never had any issues at all. Since its been taken over, the service has gone down the toilet. I'm in the process of changing banks because they do not value their customers.

Friendliest staff in town which really sets it apart from inter banks. Anne is wonderful and a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent customer service and prompt advice.
