Branch empty. 2 staff on. Needed to open an account for teen daughter. All ID with me. "She is required to be present". She has sensory issues and can't do shopping centres. Not an option. They direct me online. Please tell me what the difference is to my doing it all online on her behalf to doing it in a branch? Absolute disinterest in customer service or assistance. Manager approval required but it would need to be booked for another day. What so a manager can't say - please help this customer, I approve, and one of the two of you just standing there in an empty branch cannot assist me to open an account. No-one cares anymore. Utterly disheartening experience.

Branch closes door early (staff want to go home) and customer service is disgusting. My local branch closed and Epping became my closest. I moved all my accounts to NAB after two visits to Epping - both terrible experiences (where I was trying to open accounts for my kids). Epping staff cost CUA two 10 year customers plus 3 teenagers (next generation customers). If you are considering CUA Epping - it’s a poor choice.

Worst bank ever if you want to have an account that gets blocked because you deposited money in to your account then this is the bank for you. Slow customer service hopeless customer service none of the customer service providers were helpful my advice avoid this bank at all cost.

Great customer service very polite and try to their best for the customer needs and have many options. You can always contact the branch directly and you don't have to wait long time as you do with the other 4 big banks.

Online customer service was an awful experience, like as if they don't actually want customers. I only gave two stars as I was given a link to the answer of my question. From there the interaction stopped abruptly.

Staff are usually very nice here. Store updated in last couple of years, very modern feel. Games for the kids, coffee for the adults. Staff will try and help if they can. Atm out front.

i was victim of a serious financial fraud and the staff at the banking integrity team went above and beyond to recover the majority of my money of which i am so grateful

Drove a long way to Epping.bank closed.they offer no service.dont go to a bank that has no branches .big business transaction ..all laughing at great southern bank
