Have been going almost straight for the past month. I believe that the staff is really welcoming and always greet you and treat you with happiness and respect, despite being extremely busy during the Lunch Peak hour. The food is and will always be great, just be patient and respectful and I am sure that you will be treated equally. Great quality without breaking the piggy bank!

Ordered the Slow Cooked Beef Burrito Bowl with added roasted jalapeño salsa - $12.50 via the GYG app. Great for a quick lunch as you get your order pretty fast - literally within minutes, maybe 10 to 15 minutes during peak hours. Significantly more rice in comparison to the beef, however, serving size is good for the price. Beef was tender and salsa was delicious.

Food was really underportioned for its price. I ordered the bowl in a meal. The chips were soggy and cold and the bowl was not even half full. For 20 dollars worth, this was very underwhelming and below expectation in terms of quantity and quality. The ground beef and Pico were very well seasoned however.

First time I've been to GyG in months and now I remember why. Terribly overpriced. I paid extra for guacamole, and got probably a teaspoon worth. See pic. Used to be good, now it's a typical franchised chain with no care for quality.

pretty good meal. Its actually great to have some real food options that can be had instead of the typical fast food fare. Clean food & store, friendly staff. Only thing that bothered me was the choice of music.

Don't know if it's a deliberate move by this franchise but portion sizing is terrible here, and I eat a lot of gyg. I order double chicken and get about the same as I'd get at other stores. Barely a scraping of sour cream or guac. Will use the other city stores in future.

Portion was so bad and service was also really bad. I always get the same order and never had this problem at other GYG stores. This is horrible.

Ordered an enchilada beef (slowed cooked) but received an enchilada without beef ! I found one small piece of beef (as you can see on the picture) and that was all !! It was just rice and beans . Please make sure the team is actually preparing what is being ordered.
"Pipty pipe"... "Pipty pipe" ... "Any pipty pipe" she screamed. It went right through my soul. All day screaming numbers. You can hear it for miles bouncing off buildings. Apparently an LED number display cost more than a screaming 20 something! More
Unfortunately, this branch of Guzman y Gomez is trying to save on the amount of ingredients. The burritos, the tacos and the quesadillas have an amount of ingredients which is ridiculously LOW compared to other branches. It happened once,
Everytime I see those workers who are handing out orders at the front desk, were struggling due to large amount of orders they have to call out and pass on to the hungry customers, but never willing to respond when someone ask if their
Went there today at lunchtime. Was quite busy, but the orders seemed to be coming out reasonably quickly . I ordered the most basic meal (a mild chicken burrito bowl) at 12:19pm - order number 337. Waited for about 10 minutes while my
Avocado sauce unexpectedly delicious, beef very tender, homemade Mexican tortillas are delicious, and the portion is quite generous.

I sent GyG a positive feedback for an excellent meal, and GYG sent back a lovely note and gifts to show their appreciation. These guys are the real deal! As a Mexican, I love their food and feast here often :)
Paid extra for brown rice, received white rice in it. When I told them they pretend that the rice was brown. I’m not blind nor stupid. Never again ! More
Great location for a quick, enjoyable, mexican delight. Service was pretty good for a franchise and tastes pretty good too. Park view was a plus! More
Staff member who served me and my friends at 2:15 was extremely rude and treated us like idiots for not ordering in 10 seconds. Will not return. More
I ordered a large Pico De Gallo and there's cheese in the tub. Not great if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies.
Unfortunately, this should probably belong to the Head Office but this store in question gave wrong information.
Nice central location overlooking a grassy area, and its GyG so food is always dependable …
