The only thing I can fault here is that I got overcharged for an item but that was down to someone not updating the prices on the items of clothing. The young female staff seem to talk a lot to pass time and laugh a lot which for me personally brightens the mood but I had noticed other customers (older) took it the wrong way and felt laughed at and uncomfortable. Other than that the staff were very friendly and helpful and make sure the place is well organised and tidy.

Today I purchased a few items and one of the male assistants went out of his way to help me log onto the Web site offering discount for members. I was having problems with logging on in the store but he granted me the 10% discount anyway. He was so helpful and a credit to the store. I didn't get his name but he said he usually works in the Liverpool city centre store. He starts a new job in three weeks and will be great at whatever he does. Thank you very much .

Really sweet girl there (dark hair, piercing blue eyes and a smiley) who was super kind and helpful when serving me yesterday. I had quite a few clothes to purchase and she went above and beyond to help me out. Advised me to become a member to get future discounts as there was no student discount currently running which was very helpful. Great customer service and a credit to your company! Well done

The practice of this shop is to close the two fitting rooms downstairs and upstairs because of leakage and unsafe.( the lazy staff doesn't want to rearrange the clothes) . Both of the fitting rooms are located in different places in the shop , quote staff member said the ceiling may collapse at any moment that means the shop is not safe . Probably need to be shut down .

Edge lane store- service always painfully slow at tills, never enough people on so always a wait. Good range of clothing but staff member I spoke to today to ask where something was, was nothing short of dismissive. However it's convenient and parking is free.

I didn’t get the cashiers name but whoever was working on the tills on the 19th sept at around 6:50pm was really kind and informative. She helped with a few queries over a sale item and student discount.

There is no staff around to ask for hepl, the checkout girl needs to learn how to fold when putting something in a bag, stock rubbish. But otherwise ok!! Won't go back to that store.

Can't fault this store at all. Excellent team working here who have remained pleasant and helpful even whilst enforcing covid regs and dealing with the pre Christmas crowds.

Loved shopping here, they have a great sale on, lots of things less than half price. We'll worth a visit. Friendly staff aswell, who don't bombard you as you walk in.

Love the place, spacious so that even at peak time there is plenty of space to stand, choose and try. Staff are fine, nothing special and they do help when asked.

Sulky shop assistant who clearly doesn't want the job and taking money from customers is a real inconvenience. Unfortunate as otherwise quite a decent shop.

Got my £5 voucher for old clothes and picked up some bargains. Watch the sizes if you dont try things on expect to take things back

Friendly staff, nice new store, a slightly larger amount of menswear on the shop floor than other clothes stores in the area.

Don't really buy much from here mostly buy kids clothes for my little boy. The store is nice but staff could be a bit nicer

Went at 7pm the store was open til 8pm. I was not allowed to try on clothes as they had closed the changing rooms.
