Retail park an parking is 5 star, Rivef island customer service 2 is pushing it, I get vouchers as gifts for birthday an mothers day, also Christmas. And because I paid with vouchers I got questioned whe returning my goods. I've asked my family not to buy these gift card for me in future. Never felt so disappointed an humiliating.

I really love their jeans, one of the few places these days where you can find a decent pair of jegging. Or anything business casual really. I particularly like this store, it's very well kept and clean and I find their fitting rooms really fancy, which puts you in a better mood when you need to try on a few items

I went into and bought a pair of pink fluffy heeled sandals in the girls section. The young lady who served me was just so nice I wanted to leave a review. Came across very bubbly and kind. She ls a absolute credit to river island. She was on the till upstairs around 4:30 and wore a head wrap. Thankyou x

I visited the store today and was so unsure between 2 jackets when a girl (who I think was named Megan) came and helped me choose the right one. Her customer service could not have been better and she definitely went the extra mile in helping me. She really is a credit to the store, will be back again!

Not the best place staff more interested shouting that there was going to be a big delivery tomorrow and all saying and we got no staff. The others just looking at themselves in mirrors and taking selfies terrible place. We walked out at the lack of Professional services ....

Staff are amazing in this store. I lost my shopping side kick 2.5 years ago (mum) and just have no confidence shopping but that changes every time I come in this store. The staff are so helpful and I bounce out if the store 6 . (I'm 5ft 3 really) my favourite store by far

Had a return in the edge lane store, unfortunately I have lost my receipt and the jacket had gone into sale, but the lady who helped me was so lovely, her name was Alicia, she done all she could for me in-store, I was really impressed with her customer service skills.

Good service, clean stores and plenty of parking. Only downside is that the men's sections are pretty small in every shop. Good clothes for the room they have though.

Staff really friendly, took time to help me with my refund and checked to see if item was available online, very helpful even though Shop was very busy.

Evening shopping is great at the moment. Nice and quiet. Good selection of clothes and right now some bargains with black Friday.
