I am only giving one star just to get this published. I buy a lot of clothes I work as a paralegal I travel to London every fortnight so I'm used to buying the most expensive clothes there in Harrods, Harvey Nichols, etc. However back on home soil I love a bargain. I heard H&M we're starting their sale so I went in on the 4th to see could I find anything I liked I intended to buy a linen jackets because I have two the same that I bought a full price so I was getting this one for half price I was in and was looking around I spoke to remember stuff looking for particular size in the skirt the next thing I was approached by an elderly man gray hair that's 70 years of age red complexion like it looks like a drinker white hair very ugly bent over take him over and started saying some very rude things to me I I I'm not really sure what's exactly he was accusing me of but I turned on my phone and started recording him anyway I asked staff to speak to the manager and conveniently the manager was not available so I went outside the shop and said I'm going down to Pierce Street I'm not letting you slam to me like that nothing my position I work in the law and my husband is a cardiologist we have an 11 year old daughter and I wouldn't want her to ever get mixed up in anything like this. I left the shop I decided to remain dignified and get the guards on my own solicitor involved however I got the shock of my life when I left the shop and he followed me I have two class bags I had a lot of money with me that day between 15 and 1600 Euro in cash unfortunately I had about 500 it was money in different bags and my handbook etc I had about 500 in this it was a tiger bag with a writing on the front foot when I left the shop this tall guy would call an elderly talk grab my bag it contains 5/500 in cash not sure the exact amount and I have a broken knee so it has ever 7 between 7:00 and 9:00 packets of those and he patches for pain he grabbed my bag and wouldn't give it back to me I didn't know what to do I was saying this this is my money you can't do this you can't just rub me in the streets I went down just to Pierce Street unfortunately they were no help to me as I went into the station there was about four people waiting to get passports except for signed and it was no guard serving so I knew each of these people not being Irish would take about 10 minutes each and I was at the back of a cure for so I dialed 999 from Pierce treet garda station. I was told by the emergency service Garda to go back to H&M and wait for the garda. Unfortunately I went back to H&M again requested the manager again was told he she was not available by this stage there was a new security on he was a black man with the same navy uniform with white shirt he was a nice man I could see I was in shock and was quite shocked but unfortunately told me there's no camera and I made no bones about the fact that I want my money back Unfortunately I waited about 2 hours for The garda from Peaese Street station. In the end after being robbed by such a disgusting old man I had to leave my daughter my only child is 11 and is in private school and she had had a fall in school and we had to to go to her. There was nothing else I uld do. I am totally disgusted the way I have been treated nobody from management came to the scene tt day knowing I have been robbed by a member of the security he simply outside the shop grabs my back as I said I just was a cloth back it's over 500 euro cash of '50s as far as I know maybe some twenties I spoke to customer service and made a complaint and got an email a very weekly worded email back there was no such thing as we'll make sure you got your money back and we counted this this man will be fired. I'm very upset shocked and disillusioned. I am not am not an ageist person But he is a common thief he is a common thief. He should not be employed there he made sexual disgusting innuendos to me he is too old for that job I cannot see him chasing a youngboy or a girl down He smells off alcohol and B.O. I have made a full statement to the Garda

H&M is a wonderful brand with lots of variety in fashion for both men and women. This store has a lot to offer, especially during the sale days the prices are reduced, and a customer can get a lot more on reasonable prices. There are coats, jackets, jeans, trousers, gloves, hats, sweatshirts, sweaters, hoodies, pyjama’s, track-pants and a lot in accessories as well such as gloves, hats, bags, belts, etc. It is definitely worth it to try this store to get some great fashion sense. The staff here is also very helpful. Usually, this store is not too crowded so one can do shopping hassle free. Only critical feedback would be regarding their dressing room space. Their dressing room or trail room is totally awful, I mean still curtains and the curtains don’t even cover up the entire front space of the dressing room meaning you have to be very cautious while trying new clothes because the curtains do not cover properly and there is some section of space from where you see so others can see from there too. They should really work on it because in my opinion, it is a very serious issue regarding customer service and on top of everything privacy and security.

Think twice before shopping at fast fashion stores like H&M. The clothing is of low quality and the workers who make it are criminally underpaid and mistreated. People are working in slave like conditions in developing contries such as India and Bangladesh for clothing that you're likely to soon throw away simply because it's out of style or because it falls apart after the first wash. Please take some time to learn about the horrible impacts that fast fashion chains have on our environment and the people in the world we live in. I recommend taking the time to watch the "True Cost" on Netflix, visit the Fashion Revolution website, or simply search it up. It may seem cute and cheap, but I believe that you put your money where your morals are so shop carefully.

Is the staff trained for basic customer service? The cashiers don't greet you, don't even tell you how much the total is, don't say thank you. The transaction at the till is completely silent and even if you greet them at the start you're met with silence. Rude cashiers who on top of this waste my time because they forgot to remove the security tag from one item and I need to make a trip back to the store to have it removed. I don't normally purchase fast fashion for many reasons, but I can certainly include rudeness and poor customer service to the list now. Recommendation: Train your staff to the basics of customer service. We are the clients and if they're having a bad day or don't want to be there, not our problem.

  • Ethan Geddes

Very nice h&m store however some bad customer service. my friend wanted to get dressed into what she just brought. She was told to go to the fitting rooms with the receipt. Whilst getting dressed she discovered the tag was still in the clothes that she brought. She let the staff member know however instead of getting it sorted for her or sending another staff member she told her she would have to go back down herself to the till. This meant she then had to then get undressed and redressed again just to go downstairs to get the tags removed then come back up to get dressed again. The shop was also very hot which added to the stress

I would give 0 stars if possible! I would have enjoyed shopping at the Dublin College Green store so much more whithout being racially profiled and followed around by your security guard! His behaviour was inappropriate & disproportionate, especially when you consider i was a regular shopper! I had to ring my partner who was waiting outside to accompany me because I was made increasingly uncomfortable. The behaviour only stopped when I directly called your security guard out on it! The whole experience was actually quite disturbing and absolutely unacceptable.

  • Niamh

Absolutely useless staff. Stood in queue for 20 minutes waiting to pay (only one till open!) while countless staff members wandered about the floor chatting. Generally happy enough with H&M but shocked at the lack of customer service and initiative from the staff at this store. Probably won't bother going back tbh as it's a waste of my time and energy! Also asked for help with sizes and was basically told to look for myself. Genuinely shocked at the level of service here, seems staff are just left to their own devices, no management happening!

As someone who’s Swedish it physically pains me to shop here. This isn’t criticising the interior because that’s beautiful, it’s an old bank building that has been converted to a shop and it’s gorgeous. But the actual products it’s offering is laughable. The divided section is tiny, the activewear is about 4 leggings only, almost no shoe/accessories/H&M beauty section. It has so much without actually offering anything. Worst hm I’ve been to, tiny towns in Sweden offer better selection

  • Rubi abraham

Very poor service. Opening time mentioned as 11 am on Sunday on website as well as outside the shop. At 11.30, on the website it says that the shop is open. We called customer service at 11.30 as the shop still not open and learnt that the shop will be opened only at 12 MD. lot of people were waiting on queue. If the time is changed it should be updated on site or else at lest a notification outside the shop. This caused a lot of inconvenience.

  • Geoffrey Mobisson

They had 2 belts in the entire store. 2 freaking belts. Also the cash clerks just kinda walked around, roaming aimlessly from their stations as patrons like me queued up at their registers, longingly staring at them with our mouths agape drooling. Once the queue approached 3 deep, they would come over and cashier you out like it was a massive inconvenience to take our money. Get your act together.

  • Cianán Power

This H&M is certainly extremely well decorated and very, very pleasant to shop in. The Men's section is a very unique experience for a clothes shop, in what can only be described as a bank vault or cellar. The staff member was very friendly and helpful with my questions. Unfortunately the choice selection was rather small for such a big store, but it is still worth a visit.

  • Parth Parekh

First things first, they opened this store in a really nice and cautious way. Only 2 people will enter together and they would be standing between the panels to get thermal screening and only if you are good to go, you'll be allowed to enter! The stock was good, expected more. Process were also good but the sizes for the dresses were not available much.

  • Suzanne Curran

Very rude, vacant customer service from male cashier in this particular store this morning. Management clearly not concerned about ensuring basic politeness across the board with their customer service (judging from previous reviews below) … H&M for such a beautiful building & retail location this really lets it down! Disappointed!

  • Alessio Michelini

If I were a woman I would probably give it 5 stars, but I'm not, plus very difficult to find seats for boyfriends in distress that has to wait hours in pure apathy while the woman they love is completely losing any contact with the space time continuum, and budget. I gave 2 stars only because the building looks cool.

  • Natalia Eremeeva

Good store with a lot of options, prices are affordable, but staff is not as friendly. Dressing rooms are okay, you can pay with the card for clothes and if you register at the cashier you will get a 10% discount on everything you bought, so don’t miss out on the opportunity to save a little bit of money.

  • Ian Kavanagh

This shop is so big it can be hard to find what you are looking for. There is a hidden area on the second floor that you could easily walk past without realising there is anything inside. It is a bit cluttered too with not much room to maneuver around some areas, particularly on the ground floor.

  • Paul Barrett

Huge menswear section in the basement, divided into little rooms, the building is a former bank. Sometimes hard to find what I'm looking for as a result. They do great shirts, t shirts and underwear. Trousers and jeans are usually either slim or skinny or an awkward fit so I usually avoid.

  • oisin magee

After 7 hours of shopping in Dublin City (for work) with my hands full of shopping bags. I had one last item to get in HnM. So I ask a staff member for help and Ameilia helped me, with a positive attitude and her product knowledge we found what I was looking for. So thank you Ameilia.

  • Laila Healy

I only came in to this shop to buy an umbrella. It turns out they do not sell them. I have been boycotting H&M because of their use of Uyghur slave labour, so I haven't been in a while, but also the shop is very cramped and shelves are too close together. It is not a nice environment

  • Al Jones

A guy and girl working in the men’s department on Monday were incredibly rude. They chatted to each other without so much as an acknowledgment towards the customers they were serving except to insult a Spanish girl who they thought was taking too long to find the change in her purse.

  • Zach Smith

Great selection, even for us US peeps whose sizes tend to be a bit bigger. We only allowed enough clothes for our first week as we expected our hotel to do laundry, but when we were told they did not, H&M stepped up to help my wife find some spare pants.

  • Jacqueline Siemon

I was there on 3rd November and saw really beautiful velvet shoes. Don't know why I don't bought them, but now I am very offended by myself - I cannot found them in any store in Germany, neither on the online-shop... :( Can anybody help me please!

  • Stephen Murphy

Great store. Loads of stock, especially good for mens clothes. They've done a great job converting the building into a retail store, keeping many of the old features of the building (it used to be a bank). The bank vault in the basement is cool.

  • Carlos y Blanca Rodríguez

H&M retail store in an historic building formerly Hibernian Bank. It worths a visit to have a look at ceilings, windows, vault in basement. Men's clothes are trendy , quite cheap but targeted to a younger audience that I am now unfortunetely.

  • Michael Higgins

the newest H&M to open in Dublin and definitely the new 'hero' store. the shop itself is lovely and the there's huge amount of floor space. the clothes themselves are very nice and range from 5 euro tshirts to more expensive premium items.

  • Stella Maris

Shop is located in a beautiful historical building in the heart of Dublin College Green . If you're looking for casual /sporty / street style clothes you should visit another / sister shop as there are more occasional and formal things

  • Iulia Avram

Very well stocked, but also easy to get lost in. Personally I'm not a fan of all those mirrors, it makes me confused and it makes the space seem even smaller than it actually is. But otherwise, as a shop, it's really good.

  • Caroline Cully

Ommmggg, WOW Got da most awesome cosy Teddy coat online from H/M,,,, absolutely fabulous, just one thing buy a size smaller, as its.. Big!!! But I don't care feel I've died n gone to heaven wearing …

  • Eilli Murphy

Worst customer service. Online saying soemthing is available only find it that the item is on a display model and cannot be purchased. Sales assistant very unhelpful and unwilling to swap xs on the display for a large

  • Marija M.

The way some items are located is a little chaotic. I was looking for a pair of jeans, and they had jeans on multiple floors in different corners of the shop. It would have been nicer to group similar items together.

  • Sarah

Worst customer service. I understand it’s not high quality clothing or expensive BUT that should not change the standard of how a customer is treated. Manager is rude, unhelpful and has serious attitude problems.

  • Thaís Celeste Viana

Sales!!! Nice clothes and nice prices. In this period after quarantine you have to use the sanitizer when you go into the shop, keeping social distance and, if you have, using a face mask. …

  • Ileana Cristea

Hi ,does anybody know if the shop has fitting room open ? Like trying Clothes on I wonder if they allowed people do that in the shop? I was last time and they didn't allowed it because of covid ?

  • Grace Atkinson

I really like the clothes here as they are not that expensive but they are good quality. The staff is friendly enough but I wish it was easier to find things as all the clothes are mixed together

  • Andrew Turner (Andy T)

My daughter and I were doing a little bit of retail therapy for her mum courtesy of my brother's Christmas gift. We got a couple of items for my fiance and she loved them(go me and my daughter).

  • Joe Linogao

Came in the morning to get some Pokémon clothes and the staff were so nice (shout out to the Spanish lady...at least I think she was Spanish, or maybe Latina - sorry if I got it wrong )!

  • Herr_

Nice products for low prices : I bought a real leather belt and a coat that seem résistent and that make me really happy. The store ceiling is beautiful and the team is also really nice.

  • Swapnil Gawai

Awesome brand, wish they had some more decent collections for office casual wear. They could add more styles to their overcoat collections. Hope they are soon made available in stores.

  • In

The staff requested me to hang the clothes back on the hanger before leaving the fitting room. Very rude, I have been to H&M stores all around the world and this is ridiculous.

  • anne Alexander

Nicely laid out and bright. Was looking for Toka Boka clothing for my Granddaughter but they only had about 3 items for 2_3 yr old girls . She was very disappointed. So was I .

  • Flo

Nice from the outside, too busy on the inside. Wasn't allowed to sit outside the fitting room with my partner so I guess shopping as a couple is strongly discouraged

  • Adisa Kola

I love the clothes of HM. They are always cute and trendy. Especially the dresses and the skirts. Good quality and very cheap prices. HM is the best for my taste...

  • Alessia Pace

Good selection, great changing rooms, there's a lingerie section but there's no home section. Great selection of accessories and clothes though. Nice building!

  • Amy Presliy

I buy a majority of my clothes here. Prices are really good. Staff seems good, but its a kind a place I dont really require a lot of assistance. Good product.

  • Linney Best

Housed in a beautiful old building, lovely shop, spacious & bright but it's over 3 floors so ALOT of walking around & escalators in order to see everything

  • Carolina Prado

They reduced the women section in a half. They replaced the store in College Green for a huge section for children. It doesn’t make much sense.

  • Nadia Ursu

The shope is great however the queue was very long and the staff wound not stop chit chatting with the constumers. It's a shop not a cafe!

  • Roman Battaglia

This H&M has one of the largest men's selection I've seen, it's massive! They have lots of great clothing, probably the best H&M in Dublin

  • Ivа Va

I love H&M but some of the staff in this particular store seemed rude to me. Especially the brown hair lady with the long fake eyelashes.

  • Karen Alison

Such a huge store and no washroom, even though I shopped for 100ish euros they weren't nice enough to say you can use the staff washroom.

  • Leia O

Lovely shop with a huge selection of clothes, shoes, accessories, makeup over many floors as well as a good mens section in the basement

  • Mariia Korneeva

Big shop, large choice of clothes, sometimes you can find sell price for really nice quality cloth. It's not cheap shop, but still good

  • Arthur Jardim

This H&M has the best men section of Dublin so far. The place is super cool, with a mix of vintage and modern internal architecture.

  • Sara Sacchelli

Finally found some organic cotton and linen t-shirts. I like the fact that they are recycling old clothes and the variety of styles.

  • brian o hora

Recently downloaded the app, and I found I could recycle my clothes here with points to use again, a voucher, at a later date .

  • Grace Aoife Campbell

Big store, originally a bank so old interior still in view and its right beside Trinity College. Staff is polite and helpful.

  • Juan G (Juano)

Huge store, you can get lost in the man section. Staff is very helpful and you can find anything you need for a great price.

  • Lorena Campozano-Giannakakis

Very spacious with several floors, rich selection, location is fantastic and the building architecture is very interesting!

  • Niamh O' Hara

Great store, full selection of clothes for men women and kids, good quality and very reasonably priced. On trend clothes

  • Ciaran Chestnutt

Beautiful shop (possibly the most in Dublin) but the selection of clothes is better on King street by Stephens Green.

  • Aisling Flynn

Service isn't Amazing . Three people at till having The Chats ... one serving , massive que . Pleasant guy on Fits.

  • imte13

They don't have everything on it, just some things.... on the website it's a lot of stuff but there missing a lot.

  • B

Plenty of choices great colours. Big and bright show lot of room to have a good luck around and prices are great

  • Deborah Poole

Best sales always find something inn H&M, staff are always very nice which adds to the experience of shopping.

  • Danielly Soares

Nice store, but it's a shame that they don't have pregnancy clothes in the store, you have to buy it online.

  • Julia Kudinova

All fitting-rooms were closed, though it was 30 minutes before the shop closes. Just wasted time …

  • kerstin abele

Typical H&M ship, across four actually five floors. Staff is nice and always happy to provide guidance

  • Erika Farnan

Staff where even nice enough to point out my loyalty card had earned me €5 off my purchase …

  • Anwesha Ghoshal

I love their collection - very well oragnised and easy to find stuff. The trials are very spacious.

  • Rosangela Silva

Great place for shopping but should have more fitting rooms, overall is a good place for shopping.

  • Mary McGonagle

It's not as good as King St, but still good options available. Staff are nice and nicely laid out

  • Érin Kennedy

Shop was very clean and tidy, stock was displayed very well and staff were super kind and helpful

  • Paul Scally

I think the quality of the clothes is not great, you would get better value and style in penny's

  • Alicia Wright

Love H&M! This store has a fantastic selection of clothing, and the staff are extremely helpful.

  • Henrik Hansen

Beautifully designed and decorated in the traditional H&M style. Placement is 5 stars alone

  • Maria Perelygina

Very nice friendly staff. Smiling, patient and glad to help. Way above the expectations.

  • Sarah Tansey

Gorgeous shop and great selection but the music is way too loud, I just left in the end.

  • Vaibhav Garg

Extremely friendly staff and good collection of clothes. I highly recommend this store.

  • Bongo Bongo

Good store, but mostly woman clothing, no kids department and small men's department.

  • Mariana B.

Escalators were broken and the store was quite messy and few sizing options available

  • Herculano Rodrigues

Very helpful staff, the location is in the heart of the city. Good selection choice.

  • MJ O'Brien

A nice big store & friendly staff. Very little choice if you are on the large size.
