"i remember before the staff here were usually rude and not interested in serving customers, usually more interested on their phones or chatting to eachother about their nights out"
Interesting to explore, kind of like tumblr & an indie film, in shop form. Unusual alternative styles. Cute items, I liked the small homeware section best. But ... Overpriced, e.g. set of A4 arty cards for wall collage: €55. Scrunchie sets: €20! Didn't see many female clothes beyond size medium. Quite a few things made in China. Staff too casual, no one spoke to us despite there being many staff members and not many shoppers, one guy clearly occupied with his personal mobile phone. Whole shop felt a bit understocked & unloved/a bit shabby. So busy being cool that it's become horizontal, falling asleep. Could be a lovely shop with some improvements.
Ordered online with US store, can't put review there only here but never shop online with these people. I ordered 2 tops 2 weeks ago and tracked shipping. Not once could I track it since it shipped. Constant emails and online chat to find they messed up and gave me invalid tracking. Promised 48 hours here and there I would get updated tracking. Paid a lot for shipping tracked and didn't receive the service I paid for. Told them I wanted refunded on shipping to just get ignored and told I would get email when it's in my country. How is that tracked shipping?? And $46 for it as well Really not good enough, Will never buy from them again.
I usually really enjoy shopping here but today when I went In the security guard creepily followed me and my friend around. He made me feel really uncomfortable and I left without purchasing the clothes I wanted. He hovered over us, listening in to our conversations and made some smart comments. I won't be returning to this establishment.
UO has franchises all over the world and this store is no different. The selection of brands is usually modern, and trendy. Lots of unisex contemporary street fashion aimed at young people but usually some styles with crossover appeal too. Occasionally you'll find some good deals depending on the time of year.
i remember before the staff here were usually rude and not interested in serving customers, usually more interested on their phones or chatting to eachother about their nights out. but last few times i’ve been there i’ve noticed the staff are much more friendly and motivated :) nice selection of clothes
Closing the fitting rooms 1h before closing the shop is unacceptable. Is this legal in Ireland? The argument of the return policy is a non-argument, even if it was not a legal obligation in Europe. Having rude people assisting clients is also unacceptable. I will forget the brand exists.
Please explain why the store stays open until 8pm but the dressing rooms close at 7:30pm?? What is the point? Not to mention you have to walk up like 4 flights of stairs before you find out the dressing rooms close. So ridiculous your staff are all miserable too.
I love to shop there, sometimes it’s a bit expensive but I can always on finding such cute things at the sale sections, the staff was so nice and I got to say they all knew how to dress. There wasn’t one bad outfit and they were very helpful!
Lovely shop with really great restored vintage clothes and on trend clothes, its enormous with like 4 stories , you will definitely find something you like that's really unique too a little bit pricy but for the quality I can understand why
Brown haired lady in the fitting room is unnecessarily rude, had a go at me for not having the hanger to a dress when i found it on the floor in the sale section? Maybe she should have sent someone to tidy the floor instead of having four
The clothes in this store are lovely but it’s not worth the price tag. I expect to get better customer service when I pay exceedingly over the price for value. I was waiting at the till, first in line for a solid 20 minutes when the woman
I was in today with my sister and my parents and picked out some clothes, and went to the cashier to be told i wasn’t allowed the student discount that i have always gotten using my student email. The girl at the desk seemed to be just
I like the concept and it's very close from home. Very useful when you need some clothes and you're in a hurry. Mix of hipster/hippie/happy. In the middle of temple bar, around all the other second hands and vintage clothes stores.
Nice space. Staff could do with some training. Not one offered to help. They reluctantly answered questions. Then when I paid for a top the assistant rolled it into a tight ball and shoved it into a bag!
The store looks good and is big. However some of the fabric of the clothes look cheap and are quite expensive. There is not a big selection of clothes for men although the selection for women is huge.
Arrived at 645 when it was due to close at 7. Refused entry by security guard. Easy solution - change your advertised closing time to 645. Anyway at least Superdry was open and friendly.
Ordered Birkenstocks and they sent the wrong size twice & have now taken a week to provide an update on whether the right size is actually available, despite 3 phone calls made to them.
The staff were very helpful. Forgot my 400 euro headphones once and they kept it safe as I called and collected from them after few days. Really appreciated that …
Spacious multiple-flore store, where you’re able to find not only clothes from your fav brands, but also can buy some cactuses and succulents, so you don’t need to go to IKEA.
The staff used to be so nice here , but today I asked one staff member a question about an item I was looking to buy and she was so rude and unhelpful, really disappointing
They have a website in euros but won't deliver to Dublin due to the pandemic ? Surely your company has learned to work around it after nearly 2 years. Very disappointing.
Needed to go here to exchange an online purchase for my daughter and was hassle free and pleasant. I instantly felt cooler just being in there …
Arrived at 5:45 PM and was refused entry despite needing only a single thing for a flight tomorrow. I will likely never visit another Urban Outfitter again.
Large UO that has so much selection for both mens and womens clothing. Also has a home section, which is my favourite part of UO at the moment.
Nice store with some really cool looking clothes and knick knacks to pick up, however there isn't a huge selection of mens clothes.
Great selection. Always seem to have lots of sales, especially on home stuff. Also they usually have vegan sweets if you need some
If u looking unique and rare cloths ,this is one of the best spot in centre of Dublin they have some selection of vinyls and cd
I love the clothes omg and the employees are very nice <3. The only problem is the price, its very expensive.
Many stylish options for affordable prices You may find something you like but not exactly your size anymore
Big big store tink it was 3 or even 4 floors, loads of nice stuff, so daughter cost me!!!
Visiting from Wexford and felt judged for just having a look around, staff were snobby!
Only giving one star because of the off the wall prices for the clothes. Not worth it.
Rude staff.. never again! No one willing to help, all standing there chatting away .
amazing shop for people with great style!! wish it was more affordable for everyone
Good for stocking filler gifts but overpriced for basics when it comes to clothes.
Staff so helpful and nice! There are so many different things! My favourite shop!
Beautiful clothing, I always feel stylish after shopping at Urban Outfitters.
staff was somewhat rude, good clothing selection though
