I wish I could give this place negative stars. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. when i get there I specifically asked whether they are busy or not, because every time when I go there they take hell of a time to give the service to the client, but they said they are not busy and took the payment beforehand, and there was a wait for more than 30 minutes. I normally do SNS and they buffed my nails and now my nails are damaged and very thin. So I asked them to do gel nails clear since I didn’t want to make my nails more damaged. This time during the shaping nails, she was so careless and damaged my nails because they do very fast job, to start the next client who is waiting in the queue and always the nails are in different shapes, or uneven edges. Every time I have to ask them to clean the glue and dirt beneath the nails. However, this time , the nails didn’t even last for 24hrs, the gel color chipped off. Very disappointing! I went back to show my nails and get done it correctly they asked me to pay another $30 to fix it. The so called senior nail Artist was very rude and refused to accept their fault! I thought of sharing my worst experience , and I noticed the same thing has happened to many of their clients. Such a poor customer service! I will not come here again. And I will report this to the higher authorities!

I am so disappointed in the treatment I received I want to cry! Especially as I wanted my nails to look beautiful for Xmas. The colour was nothing like what I had chosen, the shape was not even close and uneven, when using the buffing machine they buffed close to my cuticle and skin it hurt! They left so much residue under my nails I had to spend half an hour cleaning it out afterwards. I don’t have a lot of money to treat myself so when I do, I want to feel good about the experience. They are also so rude with no customer service skills. Dont waste your time or money. Pay cheap pay twice.

My friend and I are from Sydney and we travelled all the way to Springdevale because we heard about the amazing prices at this salon. The service and outcome were extravagant as you can see in the picture. It was $20-30 cheaper than the average nail salon however their performance exceeded the average nail salon. Further, not only were the results exceptional, their customer service was perfect. We would definitely come here again and we would travel from Sydney just to get our nails here. Thank you

Very disappointed. I had my nails done, shellac, few days ago. The second day they started to peel off, the 3rd day 6 out of 10 were peeled off already. I went back and they said that they don’t do anything about this. I was happy that I paid Lea and in the long run is more because now I’ll need to pay for them to be removed and pay for having them done again. I will not come here again , never.

I will never go back! She started to cut my natural long nails which I spent so long growing, then proceeded to tell me she thought they were tips! I just wanted to get out of there but she wouldn’t refund me. The paint job was terrible, I have what looks like ten layers of sns, uneven and bumpy. Avoid this place at all costs!

I witnessed a staff member and a client arguing over $7 and then the staff member physically grabbed the woman's arm quite roughly after them arguing for quite a while. I was going to enter the store and get a pedicure but luckily I read the reviews prior so I didn't and I'm glad after witnessing the staff assault a customer.

I brought my own stickers it was very easy to do but the staff charged me $55 on the bill but charged me an additional 25 dollars after that. All I had to pay was 80 dollars. I am a regular customer of this store. I used to give a 5 star review but lately I think the quality has deteriorated but the price has gone up.

That salon was recomended by one of my friend who very happy with service. I was very pleased with the work that was done (did SNS with tips and pedicure) My nails look great. Tina paid special attention to every little things. Excellent job and reasonable prices. Thank you so much. Will definitely come again.

First off, staff was so unapologetically unhelp And don't throw a client's purse like that miss!! Just two people being served I show, show a picture and you can't locate the colour on the picture? Second, the nail art , completely off! But she tried. Not worth the money!

Very rude staff, I asked nicely for more colour options and the lady rolled her eyes and was so rude then she goes to another worker sits down with her and has a chat for about 5 minutes

Unbelieve I paid 80 dollars for lashes and they fell out in 4 days I didn't put it in water nothing and they said they can't even fix there job that's fine I won't be coming here again.

It looks nice but not properly finished cos more customers in and busy to start the next one leave uneven edges and dirts in. I have to buy some tools myself to clean those after.

Terrible. Swapped pedicurist half way. Did 3 coats of colour on one foot and 2 coats on the other. Then claimed I was wrong... terrible would not go back

Very good SNS only $20 ( has to be $40 or $45 elsewhere) , nice shape, last long, my preferred lady is Trang. She is the best

Had my nails done, 2 days later nails broke, went in to have them fixed, was refused and asked to pay for service again.

Not very good customer service... Sns and pedicure cheap and doesn't have a good finish. The salon is great.
