The girls were very nice but what an inconvenience and disappointment this visit was. I came here to get my grandmothers ring fixed after she passed. I was told how they were going to fix it and got a quote. We went forward with the repair. I was so excited to be able to wear her ring but they called me back a day later saying they were mistaken on how the ring needs to be fixed and the price jumped up an additional $100. Response to the owner: Communication was not key here. I explained to the ladies I had never been in this situation before of appraising and repairing jewellery. It would have been nice if they explained that it was an estimate and that the goldsmith may make other suggestions on how to repair the ring. But they didn’t, they only explained how it would be repaired and I said okay let’s go for it and they said they would send it off for repairs and gave me the bill and told me to pay when I picked it up.

Horrible absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this “jewellery store” to anyone. I took an engagement ring and wedding band that was fused together to get separated. I wanted to make a pendant. The rings were in fact separated but the engagement ring was poorly done there was a blob of metal and rusty looking marks on the inside of the ring. The staff was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. These people are the absolute worst. Ignorant and useless. I’m extremely upset at this situation. I also had to pay the full fkn price. DO NOT GO HERE BEWARE!!

I am always able to find something I love thanks to the attention to detail that is taken by the employees. I usually deal with Renee specifically, and they never fails to assist me with the perfect solution. I encourage my family and anyone else to visit the store when looking for gifts or something for themselves. Their wide selection and unique finds are unbeatable, and I'm glad to see this business growing!

On my 3rd anniversary, I am finally giving my review that has been so hard to write. I had my wedding band made to fit a more unusual engagement ring bought elsewhere. Unfortunately, I have never been able to wear either. The band that was created is terrible and in the process my engagement ring was damaged. No matter how many times I took it back it only got worse and I gave up eventually. Do not recommend.

This place is the best at Eastgate Square do not go to the jewelry place near the old Sears they will rip you off I bought a watch from them or days it was really expensive when I went to H Williams it was on for half price and then when I went back and talked to the guy he said to come in though give me money back I get there he was nothing but a big-time a****** so I will only go to H Williams

The lady who helped me was so rude. I wanted to return an item and she was making rude comments toward me and was overall just mean. I’ve was shocked as the staff are always so kind when I purchase items from this store…. I most likely will not be shopping here anymore.

My husband and daughter bought a crucifix for my birthday but it was not the one that I had wanted. I phoned the store and inquired and they have ordered the one that I would like and will switch. No problem. Very efficient and exceptionally friendly service!

I got my husband a beautiful 24" chain yesterday from here and the lady with the glasses was so helpful and unbelievably kind! She really hooked me up with a good deal. Thank you my husband loves his anniversary gift! Definitely will be back.
