I came along with my boyfriend as we both wanted to get a haircut as this place offered both female and male haircuts. I called over the phone and they promptly responded and was happy to make the booking. I was greeted by Eric who was thankful we were able to make it as he messaged me earlier if we wanted to come in earlier than the booking. He carefully asks for the haircut and style that we wanted and was happy to deliver that for us. He was very patient with us, would ask me if I was happy with the length and adjusted to suit my desired length. He also gave amazing scalp massages when shampooing and conditioning. I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of detail and professionalism given, and the service provided by Eric. He is super talented in haircutting and hairstyling and would definitely recommend him. Thank you for the haircut, my boyfriend and I were so happy with the results.

My mum now waits for her visits to Melbourne to come to Eric to get her hair done. He listens and gets what she wants in terms of her hair cut and colour. He is so patient and always helps me achieve such a nice colour tone that I want. Eric doesn’t over charge either. If he doesn’t think you need a certain colouring done, he would suggest a toner and etc. I 100% trust Eric with my hair and it’s taken me 4 years in Melbourne to find THEEEE hairdresser.
