Location shown is slightly incorrect, infact the location is on the MAIN ROAD- next to PULITO WASH, HDFC Life-2nd Floor, Very close to the Koramangala Park Signal, Main Junction, however Staff- Mr.SUJAN was good & Courteous, helpful too, HDFC LIFE does exist at Koramangala Location, 9.30am to 3.30PM - Operating hours, Saturday- 9.30am to1.00PM. Reason to visit was due to Fraud calls i got on my phone claiming HDFC life, they gave their badge photo all, but that turned out to be fraud ones after i visited the Branch above. Hence before doing any Financial transactions, Consider going to the branch & validate. Lesson Learnt & Sharing too.

There is no HDFC life branch office in Koramangala. Wrong information. HDFC life web site is also very problematic. If we call Cust care to ask location in the it's IVRS , tells our all executives are busy please wait or call after some time. And if we get connected it asks so many details and finally the phone gets cut off. Wastage of time.

They have become new SBI. I have been asked to go to different branch because ops person was not available. Location is not proper. Plus while selling the policy they come to your home. But while closing the policy you need to go here and there. It’s ridiculous. Not getting option to give 0 or minus rating.

No branch available...you can find employees helping to create account in all hdfc bank branches but any service like closure they ask you to visit hdfc life branch. In that cases hdfc should not allow hdfc life employees to work from hdfc bank branches..if they cant give complete service

HDFC life: These people number 1 fraudsters even after submitting proper document , they change your name & your nominee name on purpose , this is worst method of tricking , so in future they will trouble in claiming the insurance

This hdfc life office is closed permanently. Do not waste time going there by Google map. You can go to BTM layout branch near 38th main. Also this office would shift to Mico layout after 15 days, approximately 18th September.

This location is incorrect. I had to walk 500 meters to reach actual office. Finally after reaching here, staff says we don’t have Ops team here hence we cannot do the KYC, they instructed me to visit BTM branch.

The address is completely wrong on maps and there’s no local number to help guide people if they’re lost. Putting one star for that primarily. The staff is very courteous and extremely helpful though.

Wrong location for hdfc life too.. HDFC giving worst service. They jus need to harrasing its CUSTOMERS. HDFC atleast update ur proper office address in Google and even in your website

The number given in their website, for servicing existing HDFC life policy holders, does not exist. Didn't expect this type of poor service from HDFC.

Does this Koramangala 1st block branch still exists? I went as per Google location , but only some houses were there. Correct location will help many
