Ils ne mentionnent pas si je suis accepté ils indique les documents à apporter à mon rendez-vous, ces une première fois pour moi de prendre un rendez-vous pour une carte de crédit! manager lied to my face at the kanata location in regards to what was going on with my account. she told me that she didn't know any information regarding my account and that i would have to call the number on the back of the card. When i got home and called the number, after waiting for about 30 mins on hold, i was told that the contact center that i had called has no power in regarding viewing my account to see what was wrong and that i can only go back to my home branch to ask the manager to figure out the problem. So clearly i had been LIED to and made to jump through all these circles, and be treated like some sort of criminal because there was an issue with my account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK, ID RATHER KEEP ALL MY MONEY HIDDEN IN MY MATTRESS THAN BANK WITH HSBC. PS I WISH I COULD HAVE LEFT A ZERO / FIVE STAR RATING
I had a great experience in HSBC Kanata. All the staff are friendly and professional, I was taken care of by Tassnim which is a great and senior banking professional, she finished all my account opening and find transfers in no time, with no fees, i was offered preferential rates for different currency exchange between my hsbc accounts. I am already a HSBC Middle East client, and i tell you what, being an HSBC client have me much higher consideration and priority. I strongly recommend HSBC for everyone.

Very bad experience at this branch. They will waste your whole time on mortgage application and at the end you wont get approved because they don't have knowledge handling the files More over without your consent they will open bank accounts with the information you have given for mortgage. We went with another bank and the experience was much smooth and great service. Bottom line Stay Away!
Patrick from this branch helped us a lot to resolve the following problem. Very much appreciated. "Opened an account for more than one year and I was supposed to get the opening bonus for keeping a certain amount in my account within 6 months. But never got it. They will say give them some time to check to get back to you. But never did."
Worst branch ever! The stuff is not professional and rude.I was asked to get a new appointment because the supposed agent is not available when I come in with a confirmed appointment. It's a wast of time especially in a working day. And the agent did not even take time to be sorry about wasting my time.
Wonderful people, professional service. Joshephine took care of me in the beginning and Patrick took over. Patrick has been very helpful going out of his way to help me get a mortgage for our home. He is also very quick to respond to my emails. Thank you and keep up this great work!!
Worst bank and worst branch ever ! uneducated and extremely rude staff. Been charged $20 for a $10 credit card payment, they simply said it is online transaction and cannot refund the fee. While the teller in downtown branch happily refund the fee. Stay away from this branch.
Believe these comments when I say worse Bank in Canada, this location wins the worst service award , just go ask for anything they will try their best to not help you, start from the managers to the teller, got to RBC or TD don’t waste your time. …
My experience with HSBC Kanata branch was very pleasant,The front desk was very helpful and understanding, Gary the financial advisor is very dedicated, welcoming and he won’t hesitate doing his best to accommodate his clients. Highly recommended
the worse bank ever - I got a call from some lady asking me to justify my 500 to 1000 dollar transactions from my account to my wife's - no other bank ever called me to ask me where did I spend my five dollars....not happy at all
Absolutely pathetic customer service! Total lack of competence to resolve issue with account . Online no support from customer service for 5days ! After 3 calls and 3calls to branch . No access to transfer money for 5 days !
Honestly the worst bank in Canada at this point. High fees, terrible service. I was a client for 10 years and left due to degrading service and higher fees. Save your time and go to Alterna or a credit union.
Tried to book an appointment for my fiancé to make an account - 45 minutes later no appointment and no phone number for the branch - whomever answered the text line for me has soggy rice for brains
