Wish I could give zero stars….that would be more accurate on my customer service experience in the hype DC Frankston store. Christmas shopping for my daughter, I went into the store twice once to confirm they had the style ducked out of the store to make a quick confirmation phone call with my daughter’s mum. Popped back in 10 minutes later the same staff member hadn’t moved from behind the counter, I walked up to the pair of shoes I wanted to buy, stood there and held them and stared at the front of the counter for a couple of minutes to ask for some help, put the shoes back on the shelf and walked out. I don’t know what was on the computer screen the staff and was looking at, but it was way more interesting than looking up or even acknowledging any customers that did walk into the store. If this was my store I’d be pulling my hair out if I had a staff member like this. How on earth can you not acknowledge people walking into your store this time a year most of them are probably coming in to spend money for Christmas presents. Bizarre?! Walked down to Footlocker and spent my $180 there, they seemed happy to take it.

If I could give negative stars trust me I would. Today, close to closing time we went in to buy 3 sets of sneakers. The girl that was there just stood behind the desk doing her own thing whilst we walked around. No hello. No welcome. Nothing. We had to do everything and try everything on ourselves. We were there for more than 5 minutes with absolutely no recognition at all. Pathetic service and typical of the attitudes of these "too cool" crowd that these brands keep employing. What a joke. I will never use this brand to buy my sneakers again. Well done Hype- slow clap.

Bonnie and Jacob are two of the friendliest and most genuine sales people I've seen through out the Frankston retail area, their service is reliable and interacting with them honestly made my night. Update: Had a follow interaction with their current management, (Forgive me for butchering your name) Shireayna, who was just as lovely and facilitating as the rest of her team! Highly recommend Hype DC Frankston.

We bought this shoes from Frankston HYPE Store. We bought on 14th Jan 2022 and we wore for two days :-( it's started to tearIng down from shoes lace. We went there for exchange but they blame customer for wear and tear.....Today is 20th Jan 2022... it's just only one week. Anyhow other ppl who like this new VEJA brand shoes, be cautious. We wasted money but other customer should careful. VEJO

When into the store on 28/12/23. There was 2 people working. I was totally ignored as l was looking at purchasing some shoes. There was a number off customers come in after me and the sales assistant totally ignored me again and served the customer. This happened for the next 3 customers. So l put down the shoes l was going to purchase and went to DC and brought the same pair.

Very disappointing customer service support . We bought VEJA shoes and wore for two days . It start tear off from shoes tongue . We asked for exchange shoes but instead of supporting . They are blaming us. It is really sad and disappointed. We will never ever buy shoes from VEJA store again. actually every shop has exchange policy within time frame.

Was given two different sizes of shoes and was refused a refund or exchange for the same shoe. The employees were nice but still it's absolutely unacceptable that I couldn't get a solution to this simple problem as it was their mistake. As well as the employ admitted that they 'hire lots of casuals that don't follow the rules well'. Don't shop at this store.

My wife bought some Adidas shoes and a hoodie from this HYPE DC shop today both were great value for money, the girl in the shop was very friendly and very helpful they have a great range of Skecher and Nike runners in store with bargain prices on the SALE items it was ltogether quite impressive so I'm going back there to purchase some for myself⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Walked in, found the shoe I wanted to buy within 1 minute.. stood staring at the wall for a couple more minutes, walked around the store past the 2 staff standing at the counter, then decided to walk out & buy what I wanted elsewhere... no acknowledgement, no hello, nothing..poor customer service ✌️

To the working bloke on Saturday at 15:50. Learn how to do some customer service. To ppl, we were in the shop for about 10-15 mins and the lad who was working was talking to two of his friends and didn’t even bother to check on us. Only 2 customers including us were at the shop.

The first time I came to this store I was able to buy a pair of runners my size but the next 2 times they didn't have any my size at all. Very disappointed as they had some that I really liked. Apart from that I found the staff very friendly even though they couldn't help me.
