My child accidentally broke a $8.95 vase by just walking past by it. I was told to pay for it. I said ok. Then I was browsing the shop, just went near the door to check out few things on the clearance and the lady thought I was running away, she came to me and said again that don't go without paying. I have been a very regular customer and I felt really bad and insulted by this behaviour of the staff and this weird policy that you have to pay if you break. I straight away paid after this and left the shop for good and maybe forever. They just lost a regular customer for $8.95. That's a shame.
I recently visited this store and was utterly dismayed by the low level of customer service I encountered. It was, without a doubt, the worst I have experienced in all of Australia. The staff’s approach to service felt almost sadistic in nature, making the entire shopping experience deeply unpleasant. I strongly advise against visiting this store if you value respectful and courteous treatment. It’s a rare and unfortunate instance where the customer experience falls so short of basic standards of decency.
Lack of customer service. Sales assistant needs to learn how to speak to the customer. Had a very arrogant tone of voice. After spending approx. $100, we brought two more items to the counter to decide to purchase. Few minutes later, SA was pointing at the items and said "Yes or No". Excuse me? How rude!! She could have asked in a better way. Regional/State manager should visit the store and check their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Love their merchandise but the store staff were pricey about giving me a habitania branded bag even when I explained i am buying something as a gift, gifting something worth $30 in a plain white plastic bag is so tacky! Overall I was shopping for a fairly decent amount. She did finally give me one, but I may find another Habitania store. The one at Castle Hill are always so customer friendly
I’ve purchased many items from Habitania Rouse Hill to decorate my apartment. The team have always been so friendly and helpful. It’s not often these days I can walk into a store and find staff that so clearly enjoy their work and are keen to help their customers. They are all truly a credit to the business.
To the horrible shop assistant today that scolded my 65 year old mother, whom accidentally broke a glass (stacked so badly on the display it fell ontop of her) and was told “ you need to pay for that” loudly, to embarrass her? I hope you’re happy in your miserable life as you are a pathetic person.
HORRIBLE people working there.. extremely rude and not friendly at all. They have a serious issue (probably with themselves) and not well trained to help customers. I am so disappointed… I honestly would not give that 1 star and won’t recommend shopping there at all.
Nice little shop with homewear and a bunch of little knick knacks for those who have everything. A very good variety, staff were kind and gladly explained products. Only issue is that it was alittle cramped in some spots of the store. Other than that it was amazing!
Unfortunately, today I didnt have a good experience in this place. Poor customer service from 2 mid-age ladies who work there in the cashier. They both gave me attitude when I ask to put my purchase in separate bags. I was polite and
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, the blond hair lady has mental disorder, she was not able to sort out how to exchange a broken item, she was very rude and mean, …
Poor costumer service. I bought this white dried thing and after a week it looks like this. Went to the store and the manager said it should be in the original packaging so they can resell. Rubbish.
Average rating for overall pricing and product selection. Shame the manager at the Rouse Hill store is so rude and unhelpful. This does make my shopping experience instore rather unpleasant.
The Worst customer service!! The manager is so rude at the store in Rouse Hill!! I use to be a regular at this shop but I defiantly won't be returning any time soon. So disappointing!!
Been here a couple times. Had a great experience with one of the assistants who was helped my wife and I pick a vase and flowers that matched our Pinterest inspo.
loved the products in there and bought one for gift purpose but the old lady on the counter was so rude interrm of service. very disappointed
Beautiful store and products with friendly helpful sales assistant, got what I was looking for. Can't wait to return for more goodies.
Wanted to buy at rouse hill but staff was so rude and wasn’t in the mood to show, please do tech staff how to talk :(
Had a really bad experience today with the manager. She is extremely rude and lacks basic customer service skills.
