Had an appointment, was 15 minutes late, after rushing to get there. Was refused service even though i used to be a regular customer. Needed to correct a haircut, went to another place and it only took 2 minutes to correct this haircut, and I was refused service here, and it didn’t even take that long to fix!!! No charge at the other place too, will now go to the other place, you lost a customer!!!

The owner chemical damaged my hair so much of it fell off. Then blow dried my hair until it was fryed that even more hair fell off. I now have some short pieces and more hair on one side and my hair feels slimy when wet. I had to color my hair again because what she did turned out so bad. Regret going there. Such a waste of money.

Had 3 hair dressors, 1 sitting on phone, one reading a magazine. Refused to give a haircut (no explanation, not even near closing time). Stood around to watch them take someone after me..... Only one difference between me and the person they took afterwards. Disgusting

SANDRA ARANIVA is the best! Talented hairstylist, I just love her! She has been taking care of my family's hair for more than a decade! Her highlights are just amazing! She cuts also really well and knows what the hair needs. Highly reccomend!!

Said walk ins welcome but waited an hour with my friend and did not even get a greeting from the staff. There were about three or four barbers who were not doing anything for that hour. Would not recommend. Wasted my time.

Lillian is on point for eyebrows of perfection and Eli is damn good at what he does; he takes the extra time to make your haircut to perfection!

The lady who owns the salon is the rudest lady in the world!! Wish you could give zero stars. I hate her
