I showed a picture of what I wanted they told me they could do it . I Was quoted $200. During the time I was getting my hair done the girls were standing around bad mouthing other customers to each other and laughing. The Arabic looking girl with brown hair that was helping do my hair was talking about how she gets paid $600 cash a week to be a hairdresser and learn on the job . After about 2 hours of gossip between each other , My scalp was starting to burn , when mentioned to the girl doing my hair she rolled her eyes and told me to go to the basin . At this point My scalp is very sore and the water is too hot on my head . The girl with the red hair and glasses washing my hair had long nails scraping against my neck and sensitive scalp . After being there for close to 4 hours , I just wanted to leave . I then proceeded to the front to pay and Now the price is $300 . Manager said I was quoted Incorrectly . I woke up the next morning with bleeding scabs on my scalp and patch’s of my hair gone . None of these workers are hairdressers it’s just cheap labour for the owners trying to make money . I suggest for anyone that is planning to get their hair done here to read other locations reviews also and be aware this is a ongoing scam . I ended up going to ombré hair outside the Westfield Liverpool , where It was suggested to let my scalp rest now and to pour cold milk on my scalp to help avoid itchiness and scabs . A unhygienic salon which is full of untrained and unhygienic staff to make the owners money . Very surprised fair trading hasn’t closed this scam of a business down yet .

I genuinely have never left a review before! However the service or lack of that I received today was horrendous! Firstly the workers are extremely rude and unapproachable. I stood at the counter to request a service for about 6 mins and at least 4 workers looked me up and down while I stood there smiling and then looked away and did not acknowledge me! This should have be my queue to leave however I really needed my hair done today. I then requested a full colour, cut and blow dry, for context my hair is very short, thin and just I was getting black hair dye. So not a huge task. The worker did not engage with me at all which personally is fine with me however her and a coworker spoke for half my service about the other employees and the dislike for the job! Again normally I would not care as this was entertaining to listen too however I have left with her hate of her job showing on my head! Before going to cut my hair the worker looked at me and said trim? I said yes please, she rolled her eyes and started cutting, no questions of what I actually wanted! I have also left with hair dye stained all down my neck, face and forehead.. it genuinely looks like I have just done a box dye home job and I actually think it would have looked neater if I did. This was my first time going here and I would never go back.

Very unprofessional and rude. I went last Sunday and they charged me $90 for a blow-dry and haircut, and their price list says it's $55. So they stole $35 from me at the beginning. The red-haired hairdresser with puffed-up lips behaved ugly, she pulled out half of my hair just to finish me off as soon as possible because too many people took it at the same time. She didn't smile for a second. The results of the haircut looks terrible! I can't believe it's a professional hairdresser. After blow-drying half of my hair, she told her colleague to continue, the colleague was even worse than her. She was chewing her gum with her mouth open. Also, thinking that I couldn't hear them from the hair dryer, they talked about how much money they took from me for haircuts and blow-drying. It ended up in the pocket of the red-haired hairdresser. Now I need to pay another hairdresser another $100 to fix everything that hairdresser did. You should end up in court because you made a price list that says ALL PACKAGES ANY LENGTH!!!!!! Then you can't tell each person different prices, that's totally unacceptable.

My experience at this salon was far from perfect but it wasn't bad. The hair turned out just how I wanted it but the staff was very very rude and had a lot of attitude towards me and my mum. The young asian stylist (i don't know her name) doing my hair was the only friendly face in the whole salon, she was pretty attentive and did a good job but the rest of the staff was SO rude. when we first came in i was trying to talk to the stylist standing at the door but she was rude and didn't even look at me. i was smiling at her because I was very awkward and she was shaking her head in confusion. and then when I went inside my mum talked to one of the stylists because she thought that she was doing my hair but the stylist gave her a weird look and basically ignored her. thanks to the lady doing my hair because she was the only nice one there.

Very disappointed. I had over a metre long hair & put my trust into this salon to go short. Although the staff were lovely, I did not receive the haircut I had asked for. I felt it was very rushed & kept getting interrupted. I had asked for a longer style bob like cut & to frame the face, this is what i received instead, it was very choppy & uneven. I had to go to a different hair salon for them to fix it up for me (fixed results from different salon is with yellow jumper), they too were also very shocked at the cut I was provided & how uneven & choppy it looked. Very disappointed & will not be returning.

Worst haircut and salon experience I’ve ever had. Reasons below: 1. Employees lied about the actual price of the service 2. Rushed the hair wash 3. The hairdresser gave me an extremely uneven haircut. 4. She couldn’t even cut a simple fringe. I came home and fixed it myself (I’m not even a qualified hairdresser) after paying $60? 5. She burnt my scalp while blow drying it. The whole experience was so overpriced, pathetic and just very unprofessional. How are they still in service?

Not sure how this place is 4 stars when all the reviews are complaints that aren’t addressed by the owner. I asked for a simple trim and the girl with red hair gave me uneven hair and the first half of my hair up to my ears on the right side (just a big chunk of hair cut off, not even blended in). Their only response to the customers below are of them being passive aggressive and blaming everyone but themselves for their horrible staff and experience.

Absolutely an amazing Experience! First time going there and I had such an amazing time! Diana you were fantastic!! I absolutely love you! My hair turned out amazing and I love it so much! Diana took me in last minute and stayed back to do my hair just because she could see I really needed it as it’s hard with 3 young ones. Definitely will return again!

I had my sister come into this salon for a haircut and foils, and worst decision I’ve ever made. She said that the girl with the red hair completed her service . She came home with a patch of hair missing and the cut wasn’t straight. Do not come to this salon!!!!

I come in once a week to have my wash and blow dry and so far I cannot fault it. The girls do a good job with each and every single one of my visits. No faults so far and will continue to go to the salon in future for my weekly washes. Very good in price too!
