The worst experience is to walk in a business and have and nobody to greet you and make ugly faces at customers. Then have two older ladies stare at you only to not want to help you or get up to ask you to sign in or something. Only say

First of all, they're open early on Saturday morning! Even though they were busy, they helped me right away and got in and out in less than 25 minutes. Had a lovely chat and got my hair just the way I like it. Will be back.
