The first impression was that in it is clean. Staff friendly and helpful picking out product I subsequently bought and answered my questions. I made an appointment for a weave. Strike 1: she put the part on the opposite side I choose. Strike 2: she pulled up(yanked) my head by my hair to reposition it (I was looking at my phone). strike 3: Before I left the extensions were coming out. The owner came over to help redo the entire job. I went back to have the extensions removed after an appropriate time. While blowing my dry the heat was burning my head more than once I flinched and told her. She acted like there was only one setting on the blow dryer, same with the flat iron. I won't get anything done by that hairdresser again

Jay did an amazing small knotless braid. She's very patient with quick, light hands. It's like getting a head massage. Everyone in the salon is so nice. They are very caring. They treat each client like an instant family. It's such a nice atmosphere to get your hair done. You really have to book an appointment because they can easily get packed. Every client leaves the salon happy with the service they got.

I walked in, was helped immediately with great care, kindness and great knowledge. She helped me pick beautiful bright braiding hair that I can NOT find anywhere in the city with this quality. I have been to multiple hair distributors that do not carry near the range they have. I also live in Ellerslie and am willing to make the drive EVERY time. Definitely make this your one stop hair shop.

This was my first time going here. I really like the lady who braided my hair. She asked questions, listened, and did a good job with the braiding. The problem I had was not being able to look online or see posted in the store the base point of prices for their services. Its unreasonable to surprise your customers with large prices. Its an unfair practice that I hope is changed.

I would highly recommend Hair Flaire if you want legit high top level hairstyling and haircut. I have been getting my hair done by Miss Nancy for quite some time now(since 2017) I never leave unsatisfied..She does an amazing job! All the ladies there are awesome/splendid at what they do(all the ladies at Hair Flaire)including the gentleman that does the haircuts as well Willie!

First time getting my braids done. The lady was great and she spoke quite a bit. The reason why is the low rating was because I paid 35 dollar for a haircut after and I could of gotten a better cut at a greyclips for 15 bucks. Overall it was a ok time. Price for my braids was crazy though 75 dollar for 9 small braids is crazy mostly since I brought my own hair.

Best barber in the city ! Clean fresh fades everytime and never disappoints. A fresh cut can make or break your weekend and I've been checking Willie since I moved here about 7 years ago and will always stay loyal . Nancy who owns the shop is a amazing women who is kind and at the top of her game as well for women's stylings . Highly recommend.

I went in the get a fill done on my nails, and they are beautiful! Stacy did a fantastic job, she made sure to check with me on the length and make sure I was happy with the colour I chose before applying it. She was thorough, and on top of everything she was so nice. It was like sitting with a friend. Stacy is my new first choice for nails!

Waited an hour and a half for 6 simple cornrows and I didn't even get them done. I ended up leaving because I hadn't scheduled 6 cornrows to take up my whole afternoon and had to leave to get my kid from school. 3 others had their hair done in that time. They kept saying they'd get to me, but 1.5 hours later and I'm still not in the chair?!

This review is for the beauty supply as I've never had my hair styled by them. I find the owner very welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable of her products and friendly. If she doesn't have a product in stock, she will order it and suggest something similar. The prices are absolutely reasonable and the service overall is great!

This establishment is fantastic. Great environment and people. Lots of comfortable seating and the barber Willy does AMAZING work. The ladies are all so friendly and humble. Skilled and fair pricing. Definately recommend this place. Also lots of products upstairs for good prices.

I got my hair dyed red there but the service was horrible, she seemed like a new employee and she tug my hair and after she straighten it and burned my scalped a little bit. My hair was really thin after and my scalped kept hurting. Cost me about 90 dollar for that bad service.

I was greeted in a rude manner. The I asked for two braids she initially put $25 as the total but the she was told $40 so in total I was charged $42 and treated with no respect. I suggest that people never come to this place. I've never had such awful service.

I was very impressed with the service and even more so by the product that I purchased. The sales lady was very knowledgeable and very friendly and the product I purchased was exceptional. Will be back for sure.

. Nvm since covid hit they lacking I been going here for a year now they charging me 50 for 2 simple braids my lil sister could've done. Last time I came here it was 30 for even two braids.

Had my hair twisted with Afro kinky. WenDonna was professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. I found it a bit pricy for the length of my twists.

I called in for last minute appointment, they accepted me right away for my twists, extremely polite. The women was extremely passionate very caring/took her time. Highly recommend.
