I booked an appointment online for a partial balayage, I walked into her studio and she was finishing up with another client for about 15-minutes. No big, delays happens, I sit their patiently like any decent human would do (keep reading for why this is relevant). Once I sit down in her chair, she tells me the partial balayage won't work and she wants to do a foliage and up-sells me into a full balayage for a price 2.5 times more $ than the service I signed up for online. I agree to price, again, no big, but she then SENDS ME HOME, because she doesn't have enough time. Again, I am understanding, and she offers a free "repair" product to try and smooth things over for me to apparently do a repair service on my hair myself, because I guess despite driving 30 minutes to a hair salon, with a 2 hour appointment carved out, I'm apparently supposed to go home and be my own haircare-repair specialist lol ;) ... I then move some things around in my schedule to come back next day because I really need my hair done. I ask for her best phone number before I go, and she gives me a robot phone number, not a direct line... a little odd, but I roll with it. So next day my appointment is at 2pm. Guess what, there's flash flooding on the freeway, and I'm running 20 minutes behind. I try calling her robot phone and it wont let me text or call without HER initiating contact lol. I figure since she was so nonchalant about making me wait for her other client for 15 minutes, she would be understanding. but NOOO, she texts me at 2:07pm that she is "rescheduling" the appointment, and to turn around and go home (in flash flood conditions, mind you) over being late 20 minutes. She could have said something logical 'like, hey, we might have to cut your blow dry short because we are running late," but she cancels the whole appointment. Just keep this in mind. She is a very "me first," in her customer service approach, but just wanted to say something before somebody does two round trips and goes home with roots like I did. PASS *RESPONSE TO RESPONSE-- Soooo hmm, you do not compromise client experience for tardiness (due to flash flooding and dangerous conditions), but nonchalantly let them sit and wait when YOURE tardy and--lol got it. -So you have partial balayage listed at a set price $100 (not price range-just says $100) on your "book online" google feature (see attached image), and when someone comes in asking for that service, Suddenly its $210 for a partial balayage and 240 for a full one...then say its their fault for being shocked at the price??. BE WARNED

I was so impressed with Hanna and her assistant. I loved how honest she was she shows alot of passion for her career . After my visit I left smiling and I was so happy with the color she mixed for my hair .I have been searching for a great hair salon and I most defiantly found one! I also want to mention that Hannahs assistant Danny I think her name is gives beyond the best scalp messages while washing and conditioning just amazing ! The the prices are very reasonable. And the atmosphere was super relaxing.

Hannah does an amazing job every time I see her! She’s easy to talk to, and what I really love is that she’s HONEST. My precious stylist would promise me outrageous things (dark brown to blonde in one sitting??), but she wouldn’t tell me cost or how damaged my hair would be. Hannah explains the process and tells me straight up what it would take to get me to where I need to be while also being incredibly nice and supportive! She’s my go-to stylist for everything! My hair has never looked better!

overcharged and unprofessional!!! Do not go here. The water was freezing cold, extremely rushed and aggressive, got dye all over me, and tried charging an extra $30 for barely straightening my hair. She considered “styling” leaving my hair half wet and she considered “straightening” going over huge pieces of my hair for less than 5 minutes. I had to go home and style my hair after paying $150 for a service that was originally supposed to be $100. 0/10 spend your money somewhere that’s worth it.

Hannah does quality work and has more reasonable prices than others. Got an appointment for all over highlights within a week (blonde specialists are usually booked a month out)My hair is really fine and she cut and lightened it while keeping it healthy. She was very transparent and upfront about the cost and made sure I was happy about the end result. She’s also really chill and talking to her doesn’t feel forced which is a plus!

Hannah has been styling my hair for the past 7 years and I am always amazed by her talent and professionalism. She always has a smile on her face and delivers great customer service. Her prices are reasonable and I couldn't imagine going to anyone else for my hair care needs. She's passionate about her work, and for that I just want to say thank you for all you do!

Got my hair done by Hannah and her assistant here today, they did a great job. My hair was looking really wack and they did a great job coloring and trimming it up for me. They got the color exactly how I wanted it and I left feeling a lot better about myself. She was also friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Hannah added some color to my hair and really spiced it up! She was kind, polite and friendly. I have never felt so welcome coming to get my hair done, and I never felt so pretty after getting my hair done. I can’t recommend her services enough! She is the BEST! I will be coming back for all of my hair maintenance needs.

Went in for a consultation with her about coloring my hair. She was extremely knowledgeable during this. Once it came to my appointment this continued and she was great to be around and extremely professional too. I'd recommend her to strangers and friends alike. Edit: overall she slayed it.

Hannah is amazing! She was professional, friendly and got my hair color the EXACT way that I wanted it! She really took her time to make sure that everything was the way that I wanted. I have recommended her to all of my co workers! Will definitely be going to her again! :)

Just got my hair cut by Hannah and I absolutely love it. Her little suite is nice and clean and she was just a delight! I also love that she offers free bang trims so that I'm not tempted to butcher them myself sometime LOl thank you Hannah!
