I didn't know how bad they had butchered my hair until I got it fixed at another hairdresser! I went here in September for a caramel blonde peakaboo. (For context, I have deep brown, short, thick hair). What the hairdresser did was do foils at the front and free hand at the back. It would've been fine if she either did foils on all of my hair or if she did the free hand first, but she didn't. What she did was do the foils first, well knowing that foils tend to develop quicker as the heat is compacted and trapped, and then she did the back free handed. Because of her choices, it was a struggle to wash out my front parts because the back was still developing. They put towels on towels to cover the back, like that would fix anything! Then I picked a toner, which I was and still am sure was caramel blonde. After sitting there forever, I went back to the chair to see the colour I did not pick. This lady made my hair yellow!! I thought nothing of it because it was wet, but the yellow never went away. But this wasn't the worst thing yet... Only hours later, while I regretted this mess, I noticed that the back was infact ginger. I am disgusted, appald, and disappointed in this hairdress who shall not be named. Not only did she fail to give me the colour I wanted, but she didn't even let the back process enough to match the front. Does she even know a thing about hair?? And I am pretty sure she has a good higher role in the facility, and has worked hair for quite some time, and she doesn't even know how to do her job??? Even my new hairstylist said 'yeah understandable, hairhouse warehouse isn't that great she had to knock the sense into me after months of trying to reassure myself that it's a nice colour Hire better employees who know how to do their job. It's like one person got the certificate in hairdressing and then taught the other ones. Do better!!!

I came into the store to pick up a click and collect and asked if there was any chance there was availability to have my highlights re-toned. The girls managed to fit me in immediately and from the get go were the friendliest, most welcoming group of hairdressers I’ve ever encountered. I picked out a colour and after consultation with Filiz I ended up changing the colour I chose and I’m so glad I did because her suggestion was perfect. Both Charlie and Filiz toned my hair, and just watching how they interacted with each other and with me made me feel like they were a close knit, positive team. This created such a great vibe within the salon and it actually just felt really nice to be there. I was offered a beverage twice, the second time I accepted as Filiz convinced me she made a great coffee (she did!). Charlie then meticulously washed my hair, both girls blow waved it together, which saved so much time as I have a lot of thick hair, and Charlie gave me a much needed trim. I could not be happier with the service and the results of my visit today. I can honestly say that I couldn’t go anywhere else to have my hair done now, the girls at Cranbourne Park have won me over for life. They were kind, compassionate and their customer service could not be matched. I walked into that salon a tired, worn out, faded haired mum and walked out a new woman. I felt a million times better, not just because my hair looked great, but because the energy and atmosphere in the salon was so positive and uplifting. That’s something that I believe can’t be taught and is purely a direct result of the genuinely wonderful personalities of the staff at the salon.

Highly professional and a very accomodating hairdressing salon. When the news broke that Covid 19 was to temporarily close trading, Sophie (manager) rang me to rearrange and bring forward my appointments to fit me in. Shauna looked after me and she was delightful. Most professional hairdresser I have been to. She was gentle and discerning. She was so easygoing also and if I didnt want to chat she was the first to acknowledge that that was ok. Shauna was very thorough in asking me what I wanted in colour and cut and made wonderful suggestions. Shauna also priced all the services/colours/treatments before we went ahead so we could discuss. Which made me feel comfortable and secure. As I said she was very gentle, there was no roughness, just calm. Sophie put a stool under my feet to to relax as I waited at the basin for my treatment to work! A lovely gesture, I felt very pampered. Needless to say I came out feeling revived and with a brand new look. Shauna's cutting and styling is outstanding. I think I’ve just found my forever hairdresser. I can’t say enough how amazing my experience was with these absolutely beautiful ladies. First of all, I was a mess cause I accidentally went to the fountaingate store (silly post covid brain) so I turned up 40 minutes late trying to drive in peak hour traffic from Narre Warren to Cranbourne. But the ladies were fantastic. Sophia at the front desk told me not to panic and to just get there when I could. As soon as I came in they all made me feel so welcome and told me not to a worry at all about the mistake. They gave me everything I had booked in for even though I was 40 minutes late and they chatted with me the entire time, being so warm and welcoming and the conversation just flowed with all these fabulous ladies. I was looked after by both Jordan and Filix I think, I’m sure I spelt that wrong. They both gave me styling tips and cut off a good 4 inches of lockdown growth. Jordan accidentally got conditioner all over her and I witnessed a family just having fun on a Friday night with their clients. These ladies are just amazing and I truely felt pampered. Thank you so much ladies! I’ll be coming back for sure.

I had my lip pierced by Chloe recently, I give her 5 stars. She took good care before, during and after the piercing. Chloe was exceptional through out the whole process. I highly recommend getting a piercing by her. Unfortunately I’m only rating 4 stars because her boss started knocking on the door 5 minutes after we entered the room, trying to hurry her along and knocked a further 3 times, When myself and my wife were booked in for a double appointment. It made me feel very uncomfortable. On our way home, my wife mentioned to me how it has happened on the occasions that she has been in there for a piercing, it also made her feel uncomfortable and not mention about her rook piercing that needed to be looked at due to prolonged swelling and pain, because of the boss rushing the process, even though our appointment finished in the time that was booked out for us with time to spare. The process of a piercing should not be rushed, it’s not a McDonald’s drive thru. If you want people to come back into the salon for piercings you need quality over quantity. Chloe is an asset for quality but her boss seems to be more concerned about the quantity…..

- PIERCING - I have had a few piercing’s by Chloe over the last couple of months, My Wife also went in recently after seeing my experience. Each time Chloe has made me feel comfortable with her knowledge and friendly, caring, bubbly nature. She doesn’t rush you through the process, she takes her time to make sure that you’re happy with the placement prior to the piercing and afterwards that you’re happy with the outcome and feeling well before sending you out the door. I would be concerned if I went to a piercer and I was rushed through the process. With any concerns during my healing period Chloe has been amazing with communication, even if I have contacted her at an inconvenient time of the day, she has been there to answer my questions or concerns. I have had a few piercings by other piercers in the past and I’ve never had such a pleasant experience, like I have had with Chloe. I cannot recommend Chloe highly enough! I look forward to more piercings in the future, I know that I’m in good hands.

I cannot thank Tara and the whole team at Hairhouse Cranbourne enough for their exceptional service today. I took my 15 yo daughter who is on the autism spectrum for her first ever colour service. The whole team went above and beyond to make her feel welcome & comfortable. They had even set up a separate room for her treatment so she wasn't overwhelmed with the noise of the salon environment. Tara was very understanding of our situation and made the experience relaxed & enjoyable for both my daughter and myself. She made sure my daughter knew what was happening each step of the way and gave her clear and realistic expectations for the final result. I had my hair cut and blow waved by Filiz back in March, the service she provided was extremely professional, she attended to all my needs and listened to what I wanted. Being disabled, she made sure I was comfortable and worked as quickly as she could whilst giving me exactly what I asked for. Can not thank the staff at hair house enough. They were all very friendly and welcoming. They were super busy and managed to get me in. I had a scalp bleach done and pink put through. So took a while but filiz did an amazing job and I can’t thank her enough. My hair turned out better than I expected. She knew what she was doing and knew what I wanted. Cannot speak more highly of the service I received from Robyn and Heather. They both took time out of their busy day to help me find products so that I could go home and colour my hair myself and when I went back to show them the results they picked the perfect toner to suit. Got my helix and thirds pierced today, the lovely ladies were able to fit me in early prior to my 1:30pm appointment. The staff were absolutely lovely, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I'm just disappointed as my hair colour isn't what I asked for at all. I asked for blonde but got a few shades of a lighter brown at most. It barely even looks like I've had my hair dyed. for what I paid I really do expect to get what I asked for. Wouldn't recommend after paying almost $300 to not get what I've asked for.

I have seen a few of the ladies here but recently just went for my daughter 9 yo for a big hair cut with Kelly. Kelly was super amazing and said that she could donate her hair which my daughter was soo beyond happy with and is in love with her hair cut. I got a double helix piercing here a few days ago. It was quite cheap, only $35. That included the earrings and the aftercare spray. They used a gun and it was very quick and painless. I think the spray is working really well, my ear isn't red anymore and hasn't been infected.
