I wouldn't eat at this place after what I saw one of the females dropped a food tong on the floor then put it back on the cooker then the other female picked the same samefood tongs and used it to pick up the raw meat patty and began cooking she continued to make the three other burgers with the same tongs I feel sorry for the person that received those burgers hopefully they didn't get sick also the oil in the fryers was very old it was the colour of old engine oil a dark brown color and the smoke coming of the oil from fryer was another sign of bad oil. The other female that was cooking knew that she dropped the tongs on the floor as they were both facing each other when she dropped them and put them back. The food standards have gone downhill a lot at Hallani's and you shouldn't have young kids that have no food safety handing skills making food

Above average burgers & chips. Always enjoyed everything I've ordered from Hallani's. Hot chips are fairly priced, with a large serve even when I ask for A small. Properly cooked, not under or over done, with A good portion of salt, without leaving my mouth feeling like I had just been swimming at the beach. Burgers are 'unique'. I hadn't had burgers quite like these at most traditional Aussie take-aways, & it's not a bad thing in the slightest; the addition of bacon to my last burger was not A mistake. Ohh, and beef that actually tasted like beef; more 'steaky' than ground, a pleasant surprise. Also A small convenience store; you will find most of the basics you need. Staff have always been friendly, professional, quick to take an order & never kept me waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, and food always hot & fresh on pick-up.

As a former business owner I am very disappointed in Halani's I be told not to make a review about this business but I've decided I'm going to I have been someone very close to me that they went to Hallani's buy soft drink and when they got to the shop the frigerator was emptied and so were the shelves of soft drinks went home come back a few hours later was finally able to buy some drinks not just that I have been there myself found the chips bloody awful, the potato scallops awful they are processed potato scallops and and soft drinks are hot in the fridge not cold and this is not the first time when I first went there I thought it was ok but no never again the owner needs a reality check and start to put more effort in the business

This place is not the place to be at any time i have seen that the oil is never changed and the chips and fish are soggy. This place has expanded their wide variety of expired food. Pretty bad how seeing i have ADHD and at times i impulsive eat meaning i see food and eat it, that I couldnt even do it with this food. Scallops were so greasy and gross. Had to toss all. Wish i could give it NO STARS!!!! Seeing that there was no option, i wouldn't recommend ANY food here

This take away place has loads to choose from. Not just your regular fish n chips,shop but small amount of groceries so if you've run out of a couple of things and don't want to hang out to long at your usual grocery store then pop in here instead. It's not a great looking store I'll admit but it has your needs. I bought fish chips and drinks and their fish is a little cheaper than some at $4.50 a piece,but to me what I like is the fish they use is nice,firm and tasty not the cheap stuff that I've got elsewhere.

A fantastic, quaint little family takeaway that has been running for 24 years! Very friendly staff. It's the first time in a long time I've had some hot chips and scallops in old school butchers paper and OMG they're delicious! They taste LIKE CHILDHOOD! And very good price! I am extremely excited to come back and try your burgers

First time here. Reminded me of the old time “Corner Store” I used to visit in my younger days. Staff were very friendly and only too happy to help. Food was just like the old time burgers. Chips came wrapped in butcher paper just like the old days. Definitely will be returning to this location!

Very disappointed I ordered from uber eats the photos show schnitzel as a burger with chips same with battered fish so I assumed it came with fish and chips but my order came with no chips at all and on top of that we got 2 chicken kebab sticks both were raw i had to take photos and send them to uber as me and my patner had just eaten raw chicken it was Chewy and pink nearly the whole way through yet burnt on the outside hopefully we don't get sick from it

Some of the Nicest people I have met! Fantastic service. I travel around alot but always make it my lunch or dinner stop when I'm in the area. Very Affordable, Very tasty Food! Always got really good deals on some of there shelf items also. They definnately shine in the community and make every customer feel welcome, happy and satisfied. I've stated to friends over the past few years they should recieve an award :) Highly recommend! Little gem of the town.

Pros: Service is really nice and there’s a fantastic variety of hot foods, snacks and grocery items. Cons: Prices change depending on who is serving you and items are always overpriced. I feel for people in the area who may have no other choice or stop in to grab a snack only to spend silly amounts. There’s been a few instances where items are completely out of date (chips/chocolate/lollies).

The boys and there family work hard keeping up with the people walking in to place a food orders and buying other things for there house . All ways a good vibe walking in to the shop my food is all ways good to eat ,we talk about footy and what's going on in life and around Kingswood. You don't see many family run shops any more theses days , you all are doing a good job !!

Friendly service, long hours. Great burgers (the double Obama burger is delish), generous portions of chips, really good at all of the other fast food, extensive range of local and imported soft drinks and energy drinks, they sell slushies. It's also a general store selling everything from kitchen staples to cigarettes and drano. Whatever tickles your fancy.

Absolutely terrific, my favourite place to get a quick takeaway meal. Super cheap but great burgers, the chips are unreal. Great prices for the supermarket section too, not so much a money grab as other small shops. Best selection of drinks I've seen in a convenience store, 5 fridges of different drinks, all the American only drinks included.

We're never disappointed. Cheap prices and a great corner take away shop. Fish and chips are always perfectly done. They're burgers always hit the spot. Ticks all my boxes. Sometimes when they get really busy they ignore their phones and just let it ring through.

Just had their signature burger meal with some fish. I was surprised by the volume and the taste of the food compared to the price. I dont think there are many take away shops that can be as competitive to this shop! Thumbs up and will re attend when in the area.

You won't find staff that put more love and care into an $8 burger. They take pride in their work which is more than you can say for alot of fast food/casual workers. Highly recommend and a great selection of drinks and desserts as well. More

A small grocery convenience store with deli meats and fruit & vegetables. Hallani's most popular for its fastfood takeaway. Great tasting burgers and very affordable. The customer service is friendly and welcoming.

Great place to get that meal for the family when you have had a hard day at work or after running the kids around on the weekend. Just be aware that the grills & deep fryers are turned off at 7.30pm

Burgers are great! Spring rolls would have been great if they weren’t burnt! Why send it?! Re cook the spring rolls. Fries had Jack of salt on it. Would ad a photo but won’t let me upload.

This place makes the best burgers in NSW. The staff are really great and all the small goods on the shelves is fresh and clean. Great place to do a small shop or pick up fish & chips.
