Halton Electric upgraded our service from 100 to 200 AMP. I cannot be more positive about a contractor that has performed work for me. I am one of those picky customers who has high expectations. Halton Electric exceeded my expectations. From the beginning they answered many questions quickly and on time. I was specific on what I wanted and they accomodated my requests. The assessment contained all of the potential costs that may arise on the day of install. There were no surprise costs. The 2 employees who came on install date arrived exactly when I was told they would come. After the power was shut down they noticed that I was struggling to work on my phone and immediately fired up a generator to keep my internet up and my office working. The finished product is much cleaner than how it was before they completed their work. This is a 5+ company. Highly recommended.

I recently called Halton Electric because of a home power outage. I had 1 room with power, none anywhere else. An individual in my home recently started requiring oxygen full time so a power outage caused a lot of anxiety. The response for assistance was prompt and reassuring. Derek explained what he was doing, why and possible outcomes. In the end it was a Burlington Hydro issue but Derek waited with me, talked to the Hydro crew and then before leaving, explained what was happening reassuring me the Hydro crew would resolve the issue Everyone I dealt with both on the phone and in person was friendly, helpful, professional. I would not hesitate to call Halton Electric in future should the need arise.

Halton Electric replaced our old electrical panel with a new one and also installed a Generac hook up at our hydro meter so that we can use our generator if the power ever goes out. They organized everything with the hydro company and completed the work all in one day. They were punctual, professional, efficient and friendly. They took the time to explain things and made sure that we were happy at the end of the job. We highly recommend Halton Electric and have already recommended them to our family and friends.

We had the electrical done today for our new hot tub and I cannot rave enough about Halton Electric. Everyone we dealt with were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Everything was organized and hidden as much as possible so the space looks great. There was even a minor mistake made that resulted in a repair being necessary and they fixed everything up and went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend them!

They installed wiring for a hot tub, attention to detail was fantastic, I was not home and was being sent photos of where I would prefer the safety shutoff switch to be located. This was our first time using Halton Electric and it won’t be our last. From the first phone call the experience was very positive. We had an outdoor GFI outlet installed and it was not easy job as our basement is finished. The install was done professionally and flawlessly. More then happy to recommend them.

Had an excellent low voltage install today in a finished home - Care was clearly taken to preserve the walls as best as possible. Two small access holes I’ve already taken care of. Impressive post job clean up too… I’d swear you guys weren’t even here if there weren’t some new Ethernet runs kicking around.
