I had an absolutely amazing experience here. I have never felt so pampered in my entire life! I had the honor of having Manny as my massage therapist & Megan as my esthetician the same day. Both were absolutely fantastic & very professional, and both sessions were extremely relaxing. Manny gave me helpful tips like certain stretches to do at home that can release my pain. I couldn’t thank him enough and felt great the week after! Megan has hands of a goddess & made me feel like a princess. She is very knowledgeable and has a very kind presence that feels judgement free and welcoming. She asked me a lot of questions to really cater the whole experience for me. I could really see a difference in my skin not only the day of & after, but the weeks following I saw a major improvement. I was literally glowing the day of and never felt so confident in my skin. Megan suggested products that would work better in my routine that she used during my facial & she was definitely right. I will continue to purchase the products she suggested me, and hopefully I’ll be back soon to be graced in her presence again. Absolutely love her and highly suggest both herself & Manny to anyone in the future. You will not be disappointed!! :) Before pics were taken a week and a half before my facial & the after pics was taken hours after. The very last phone is a picture right after the facial was done. :)

Our couples massage was amazing! My husband was unsure and perhaps a little nervous because he had never had a massage before. This was a first for me to receive my massage from a male. Ronnie was considerate and completely professional. It was such an amazing experience to share. Ronnie helped me feel relaxed and my husband's massage therapist relieved his stress and sore muscles. Richard, my husband, noted how his feet are crazy ticklish, but how his massage therapist was able to relax him while massaging his feet. I can't even touch his feet without him jerking away! We will return soon for another relaxing experience, hopefully with Ronnie and the therapist who did my husband's massage ..sorry I can't remember her name. Richard asks to have his therapist's name added to my services history so he can book with her for individual spa treatments or we can return for another couples massage very soon. I love this location of Hand & Stone Massage! Anilu is my go-to for facials and she is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and provides an exceptional experience when doing facials (she also is SO nice). It’s relaxing, yet restorative to the health of my skin (she is very thorough with extractions too!). I have noticed a significant improvement in the quality, brightness, tone and hydration of my skin since going to her and following her recommendations for product. I will never go to anyone else! For massages, Kristy H is phenomenal. She is kind, attentive and has made epic improvements on my back, neck and hips through her massage and her post-massage stretch recommendations. She is dedicated to her craft and I am so grateful to have found her. And the front desk staff are professional and welcoming. I cannot recommend this location or Anilu and Kristy enough.

I had a facial appt with Lead Esthetician Anilu P to treat my acne and acne scarring, and I have never felt more comfortable or more taken care of in my life! She thoroughly explained all my options before starting treatment, and continued providing info throughout the facial so I knew what to expect before each step in the process. Anilu also helped me choose an at home skin care routine specific to my skin needs and goals, and she has been checking up on me post treatment to make sure I have been liking the new regimen and the post facial glow. I will absolutely be going back for consistent facials and treatments with Anilu, and I've been recommending her to all my friends! The entire staff at this Camelback location was friendly, helpful, and professional, and highly recommend scheduling a visit/treatment. :)

I was a new customer as I usually go to New serenity spa. I had Manny as my therapist who was absolutely amazing, I wish I would have booked longer. My experience with this company was not good. Trying to relax, loud commotion is coming from other therapists employees. My therapist had to turn the music up so it would block it out, unprofessional. Another Down side is, they don't have warm oil options, they don't greet you with water once you leave the room and the music has weird 3-5 sec pauses till next song which throws your relaxation off. Would only come back if I'm in desperate need of a massage.

My massage was excellent! I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles or joints. The therapist listened to everything I needed done and applied just the right amount of pressure when needed. I didn’t realize how tight my body was until the session was over. Oh boy was it tense but afterwards I felt so much relief. I very much enjoyed the attention to detail, cleanliness, professionalism and calming atmosphere Hand & Stone offers. Excited to go back and try the rejuvenation facial highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

I have been coming to this Hand and Stone location for about a year now, and it has been a wonderful experience every time. I always get a facial with Yuliana, who is amazing! She takes the time to explain what she is doing and why it will benefit me. I greatly appreciate that she does this, as I was a total newbie to skin care before coming here. Yuliana cares about me as a person, too, and I don't feel like just another client. The front desk staff is also very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Hand and Stone!

This place is fairly knew. It is a clean and private setting. The ladies whom work in the office are very nice. They provided me with great service and educated me on how important it is to have a great massage and facial often to remove tension and provide good blood flow for the whole body. The reason why I did not give it a 5star is because it seems like the girls are new to this therapy. Also you can tell that the manager is still trying to get adjusted to the new business.

So today, may 13, 2023 is my birthday. I just recieved a text confirming my couples massage warning me that a cancel fee was involved if I do not show as I was in route to the location. We were called less that 15 minutes later canceling my girlfriends appt which was her mother's day gift from me. Actually in the middle of this review I recieved a call stating I do not have to pay a no show fee. Lol outrageous! Look at my other reviews if you do not trust me.

John is an exceptional massage therapist. He was able to completely eliminate the pain I experienced in my right knee in my first session. I have other areas that need work but before John worked out my knee problems I couldn’t handle having the other areas worked on. My neck was very painful and was getting worse. John is able to relieve my neck pain, improve my flexibility and help me relax in an hour. It’s such a bargain I’m glad I lucked into seeing him.

I went in recently for a massage with Edwin. The experience was second to none. The staff was very good communicating and getting us set up upon arrival in a timely manner. Edwin did an amazing job for my massage, I had multiple knots and problems that he was able to alleviate for me during my massage. 5 star service from start to finish. Edwin did a great job asking me what I wanted him to focus on as well. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Absolutely my favorite Hand and Stone so far. I used to have no confidence in anyone with my skin until my girl. She has done miracle for my skin. She switched over to this location and I’m following her there. I went there to check out the place. They’re still opening but the manager and owner was so sweet. I had a 1 hour massage with Kristy and it was amazing. She did a great job focusing on my tense areas (neck, shoulders and back), and she even took time to work on my legs (I’m 3 months out of a full ACL repair). She was friendly, personable and highly knowledgeable, and even explained some things about the healing process of my leg that I was unaware of. Kristy is awesome! I’ll definitely be back soon! I’ve been seeing Megan B. for about three months now and she has my skin looking/feeling better than ever. I’ve never been able to figure out my acne and she’s helped me get on the right track. I've been to this location a few times and every time I've had a very good experience. The massage therapists are good at asking the right questions and following directions as they change throughout the massage. The front desk folk are very kind and listen intently to your requests. The whole of this location is very clean looking and calming. I will absolutely continue coming here.

I’ve been seeing Katherine for my facials for years now! she is extremely knowledgeable and coaches me to keep up with my skin care after the appointments. She also adds a neck, hands, and face massage that is extremely relaxing and complements the experience really well. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a high quality facial treatment.

Had a great hot stone massage here the other day. Courtney was very attentive and asked good questions to identify my needs. Back pain was almost completely gone a couple days after my treatment.
