The owner has poor customer service skills. Called to explain that their system booked appointment for me that I didn't book. She was rude and hung up on me. They save your debit card just to change bogus fees, and they don't ask if they can save it. I would stay clear of this place if I were you. I'll not go back. Plus she lost the best tech she had Bree... Now your resulting to telling lies. I have only been there twice. I wasn't ever rude to you, remember you hung up on me. You don't know me. You have never served me. I have never complained and always gave Bree a good tip. So your just trying to come back on the bad review. I am also reporting you to the better business bureau. You should not be in business servering the community.

While I absolutely love the owner and people who work here… I’m very frustrated that every time I go for my nails I’m waiting AT LEAST 30 mins past my appt time. My time is precious too….I suggest calling your clients if you’re running late to let them know…. People do not have time to sit for 30-60 mins past their scheduled time waiting for you plus an actual appointment…pedicures seem to be no problem. Sorry ladies…. I want to keep coming there but I just don’t have 2 1/2 hours to give up for what should be a 45 min fill

My pedicure was half done. I understand you guys were busy but I feel like it wasn’t worth the money. Some things in description weren’t given.. It seemed like the male was incompetent the way I was attended to. Service and attitude were poor. Manager seemed rude. Didn’t communicate well. I won’t ever go back especially for the price tag.… you guys gained money but won’t gain anymore from me nor family because service wasn’t done right the first time. Quality vs quantity.

Emma has done it again! I love coming here I’ve been doing so for 6 years now and I don’t think it will change anytime soon. I always feel like family when I come in and invited by everyone from the owner (my nail tech), all the way to Brenda, the massage therapist. I have got just about every service they have to offer from facials to pedicures. I always recommend this place to everyone I come by and now several of my family members come here.

Ugh, I don’t like to complain, but this was the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I left the salon and cried in my car not only because of how bad my nails look but because of how painful it was. I was cut and burned several times and brushed off or told to sit still when I said ow or pulled away. Every nail is a different length and shape. Nothing is even or smooth. I was so shocked and embarrassed I just wanted to pay and get out.

I love this place! Spa beautiful, has a nice relaxed environment, and wonderful people. PLUS... they do amazing nails!!!! I get so many compliments on mine. Oh, and they were able to make my big toe (missing 1/2 a nail look like it was normal!) Nail day is always my favorite!!! Also, it they have a great website that lists the services and pricing... AND you can make appointment through the site, such a time saver!!

The first few times were okay. I just got acrylics and the next day they started bending and eventually broke. I've never seen anything like it. Maybe they skipped a step? Went back for repair and they were closed on my only other day off :( they are also expensive. Thought I had found a forever place but now I'm thinking not so much.

I've been coming here for years, for good reason! The atmosphere is relaxing and all of the ladies are amazing! I would know considering I've had services from all of them. I recently had a facial done by Laura, and I'm not kidding when I say it was the BEST ever. I was surprised to learn that she is relatively new because her knowledge and abilities were 5 star. It was relaxing, clean,and professional and I plan on using Laura again very soon! Highly recommend her!!!
