Handles & More was a great place to explore for handle options not normally found at big box stores. We are very happy with the handles we purchased for our kitchen and mud room (the Skylight pull). That being said, I am quite disappointed in the company’s return policy. We took several months to complete our renos and bought pulls of various sizes while we were in the decision making process. I went to return the handles on Monday only to find out that the return window is just two weeks! It’s surprising to me that Handles & More would not stand behind their product for longer than two weeks knowing that many people take months to complete renovations and make decisions. I can understand if the product was no longer in stock, but in this case, the Skylight pull is quite popular and still in stock. Beyond that, the company’s hours are very limiting for regular working adults to actually be able to make a return. Both my husband and I work full-time and need to pick up our daughter at daycare, so without any weekend hours, we were unable to make it to the store anytime sooner. Now that I am on maternity leave (due this Friday), I finally had the opportunity to bring the leftover handles back. Apparently, they will now be open on Saturdays starting this week, but this did not help in my situation. Unfortunately, now I am out $450 after spending over $1450 with the company. Be aware, there are no exceptions to this return policy! Handles & More will not be receiving return business from me.

I am a student in the Kitchen and Bath program, so in the industry that needs handles. I am also a previous employee here, before it got bought out by a new owner, so I know the expectations for customer service. I understand they are building this business back up again, and are probably busy. However, I reached out to them to get a price one TWO items from a known supplier, McKillican. I knew who they could speak too and gave them the product numbers. The reason I reached out to Handles and More is because working there, I am familiar with their suppliers, and how long it takes to send out an email or a phone call to their suppliers. I also reached out to them so I can get accurate pricing from a distributor of a certain product for a REAL client that I am doing an assignment for in school. In the email, I stated who I was, what I was needing the pricing for, who they could contact, etc. All I got back was a phone number to McKillican. I could have done that myself, yes, but I was hoping as a future designer, they would want to help me out as much as possible. It takes 5 minutes to make a phone call to your supplier. Even if they aren't a supplier anymore, it's called customer service. If I wasn't a student, and I genuinely needed to buy the product I sent to them, would they have treated me the same? Nice to see how this business has gone downhill in their customer service department. Very unlikely of me to ever go here for anything in the future.

I'm a new home owner and looking to update all wood cabinetry in my house. I was able to easily find handles and pulls that met the needs of my project and (more importantly) my budget. I was matched with hinges that were virtually perfect too! It was an easy shopping experience and enjoyed being able to compare all the different options in person. BUT WAIT! I haven't even talked about the best part yet - the customer service! My girl Rachelle hooked me up. Rachelle demonstrated excellent patience and understanding while navigating my first large home improvement project. She really knows her stuff! I needed to call to confirm my order and Mandy was JUST as delightful over the phone. I am extremely satisfied with the products and service and would highly recommend this little gem to anyone looking for the perfect handle, pull or more!

I had been researching and looking for knobs and pulls as part of our kitchen remodel and it was extremely difficult to find what I was looking for with supply chain issues and other COVID related delays. Decided to replace all hinges and slides from a recent kitchen renovation. Jesse was fantastic from start to finish. I had lots of questions and a few hiccups and they took back everything that didn't work out no questions asked and ordered other product to try and resolve the issues I was having. At the end of the day I got a great price and super customer service and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them to others. I was in the old store years ago and this was a far better experience.

Bought some Richelieu hinges from Home Depot that didn't fit my old cupboard doors. I called Handles and More and the Lady who answered said come on in, we'll likely be able to help you out. The store was extremely clean, ultra friendly staff and the Lady was 100% correct - I found the exact hinge that I needed with all the holes and offsets of the 50 year old hinges. Saved me a ton of time not having to router all my doors to fit new hinges. Prices were very reasonable as well.

This is NOT the old Edmonton Trail Handles & More that we loved & trusted! Special ordered hinges & plates. Stopped in earlier in the week to pick it up. I was given the correct hinges & the wrong plates. After trying to install, returned today to inquire only to be told I was given the wrong plates! No apology or so sorry for the inconvenience & all our wasted time, instead was challenged why I was disappointed about the screw-up?!? Seriously?

Had a great experience purchasing our hardware for our new kitchen. I huge shout out to Marlene, she was fantastic, from the first day in the show room, to the subsequent quote, our order and many follow-ups; Marlene was super friendly, and very quick on all requests and responses. In this day and age it's very rare to encounter an employee who seems to actually like their job and are so good at it.

Found my replacement hinges, that match 100%. Looking at amazon price, 60.99. These guys had a price of 20 dollars for a set of 2. They're awesome. Great on the phone, and great on the emails. I sent in the pictures, and they did all the leg work... so awesome that we have these types of companies in Calgary to lean on. Highly recommend them... cheers

I had a awesome experience dealing with Jesse. I was interested in ordering a Blum product and didn't know what I needed to complete the job and Jesse assisted me with all that I need. Found handles here that I was not able to find anywhere. Beats the box stores, there are so many choices, staff is very friendly, hard to find these days. Here is the finished product ! Highly recommend, we will def. contact this place in future to see what's new in their product lines :) thanks!

I recently went to find a new handle for a cabinet of mine and the sales lady that was trying to help me was extremely rude and very unprofessional to deal with. I would recommend for other people not to shop at this location and to shop at Ronas or Lowes instead.
