Ill admit I was late for my appointment by ten minutes place was empty was trying to think why now I know why was asked to wait outside in my car large waiting Room only me and secatary there thought it was weird but as I was late I followed directions going to mark everything down correctly so the doctor knows exactly who I am doctor called on my mobile phone asking me to come in he said its my first visit to the clinic I agreed and said I feel unsatisfied with my last doctor any way after I had my last covid injection in September last year I developed monoplegia have talked to doctors on the phone who work for the government told them last doctor refused to send me to a neurologist and ingored my pleas for help I have had a few doctors in my life as im 47 lived in dandenong my entire life the doctor today said he doesn't have any of my information I said could we get it transferred to he said no told me to go back to my old doctor and I did tell him my old doctor is refusing to help me I nearly cried I just want help monoplegia is where a limb loses strength in my case 80% and cant hold anything in my hands like keys they all fall out thought doctors were paid to help people signed the consent form for him to get paid the service I received and level of care wasnt good should be ashamed I know that information can be transferred to another doctor what happens if you change address or country do people fly to see there old doctor I will be taking it further as I feel I was treated poorly one thing the secatary was very kind to me and by filling out the form for me as im a right hander soon to be a full time left hander unless I can find a doctor who actually does the job there paid to do for anyone reading this these doctors get paid Very well to do a job now if they don't do that job.... Thanks doctor Jamal for doing nothing and getting paid for it..

I was told the doctor was from my country. I travelled long distance hoping that I would communicate my feelings in my first language more effectively. Booked 1:50 pm. An hour later, the receptionist informs him on the phone about a new patient. It was me and my turn. And then she told me that they stopped receiving new patients and the doctor couldn't see me. Then, he came out of his office to tell me the same story. I don't want to speculate about possible reasons. But to turn away a patient after a long wait was a disgrace. I felt helpless.

The level of care and professionalism displayed by Dr. Jamal Yusuf and Dr. Hidaya Yusuf is nothing short of amazing. I am particularly impressed with both their emphasis on personalised treatment as they always take their time to listen to me and understand my concerns. The medical centre is clean, well-organised and equipped with the later equipment. Thank you to everyone at Harar Medical Centre for your ongoing service.

Nowadays finding a really good doctor is pretty hard, however my experience at this clinic has been outstanding. The doctors here are kind and provide excellent service. I felt like I have been listened to and have had all my concerns addressed appropriately. I never had to wait too long in the waiting room, and never felt rushed out. I would 100% recommend.

Very confusing and rude receptionist I told her that I am taking an appointment for my wife and she kept asking for my details and when I asked her why my details she asked me again rudely whose the appointment for ?? The clinic where 100’s of the clinics are there in the same lane she should learn some customer services ethics
