My experience as a landlord with Harcourts Northern Suburbs has been very negative. It's a very long story, but for brevity I'll just go with the main issues. - Incompetent property manager put in not one, but two tenants in a row which resulted in insurance claims. The kind of people who urinate on brand new carpets and burn pallets in the wood heater. - Incompetent property manager carelessly lodged insurance claims with incomplete information, which resulted in a less than adequate payout figure. Proceeded to blame the insurance company for missing paperwork (incorrectly - I've dealt with that particular insurance person before and they are very thorough). - Harcourts management did not consider it worth their time to respond to my written complaint. Crickets. - Incompetent property manager conveniently left before the second of the insurance claims was sorted out. New property manager promised things would be different. Proceeded to return my calls and emails at her own convenience (that is to say, rarely). - I took my properties elsewhere and you couldn't get me to return to Harcourts if they were the last agency in Tasmania.

I would very much like to thank Leesa Harrison for her Time and effort in selling our home for us. Not only was she friendly & polite she was easy to talk to nothing was a problem for her . Leesa worked so hard to get our house on the market & 4 days later we had our first & only open day & our home was sold that day pending on finance . We had 6 or 7 offers which I thought was great for our area which is in Bridgewater but let me tell you Home is where you make it. & these days where you can afford to buy . Honest, open, conversations. Tarah is a rare find,after veiwing a plethora of houses we got a feel for real estate agents that just wanted a sale. From the first time we viewed the property, Tarah gave us the time to really look through the property, she answered all our questions and couldn't have been any more helpful. This has continued all through the process and here we are, extremely happy and preparing to move into our new home. Tarah is open, honest, and friendly and a genuinely nice person and as professional as they come. We couldn't recommend her any more highly.

Review of Leesa Harrison- Leesa has been a fantastic agent to have not only to help us sell our property, but to also find our new family home. She stuck with us for many months prior to going to market providing invaluable advice on the market and how we could best secure a contract on a new property. When we finally got a contract accepted on a new property she was able to get our house online and sold within a week at the price we were hoping for. Leesa is an absolute professional in her job and we could not reccomend her highly enough.

Chris is unlike any real-estate agent (i.e., self-serving /insincere, takes advantage of your in-experience) we had ever met! We had been house-hunting for a while and really began feeling very deflated about the whole process. very bad service.... Harcourt Glenorchy..... I have asked to not to disconnect the power connection. 4 months later, we got a energy bill after we moved from the 4, Seddon Street, Austins Ferry. when we contact the agent, she said you have to contact owner. This is kind of a cheating.... can't trust Harcourt anymore....... very very disappointing service..... never ever expect this from Harcourt....
