The blonde woman who was supposed to be working there on Tuesday, March 21st, was actually outside smoking and talking for most of the time. This is not professional at all. I waited inside for 15 minutes, but she ignored me and didn't seem to care. Additionally, she was cold and rude to me, possibly because I'm not Irish. I'm planning to report her behavior, as it is not acceptable.
