Hi, I have emailed this restaurant about the fact that they didn't add my points to my family card but no response. I also wanted to use my voucher but couldn't as they said they were offline. I can understand this but there was no effort from the staff end to help me use my voucher. Food was good.

Waiting more than twenty minutes just to have your order taken, restaurant not full. Can waiters not see me am I invisible to them. Should I make a scene maybe they would take not. Nope I am not that type of person to make a scene lets give them five more minutes maybe they just tired. Lol

This is the worst spur by far. Service is non excistant. The manager has no clue what he is doing how to interact with customers or what customer satisfaction is. The food was substandard and cold when it finaly arrived. Please do not go here not even for a cold drink.
