Recently booked an all day to Spain. Benidorm helped me loads with the holiday couldn’t have asked for staff helped me with Everything as I don’t like on line thank you The hotel was perfect everything was spot-on, RH Princea Benidorm Spain, thank you was beautiful 10/10 5 stars ⭐️ all the way

Rang for a price on a holiday was already to book if the right place and price came up but no one rang me back so later that night I rang jet2 holiday and booked, I then rang hays 5 days later and said you still haven't rang me back about the holiday I enquired about

Love coming here to book holidays wont go no were else the manager Joanne is brilliant nothing is to much for her and will amything she can to help people will always go to hays travel.in crossgates

Phoned hays to enquire today tue 14 july 2020 regarding a new booking. Only to have receiver lifted twice and put straight down cutting me off. Won’t be booking here.

Booked 3 holidays with Joanne, her knowledge was exceptional,she was very professional, nothing was to much trouble for her to look into for me

Very quiet all trips cancelled a lot of shops closed and a long walk up stairs to town centre,but it's been really nice relaxing holiday

Took 25 mins to get currency, totally incompetent person couldn't count smarties in a tube let alone money, never again!!!
