Called and spoke to Michelle. I gave her details of a specific holiday another travel agent was advertising and asked her if she could match the deal,advising I would rather purchase from someone local rather an online if possible. All the details were taken, the advisor said she would call me back either way. No phone call back, I guess this agency doesn’t need new customers.

Really good service whilst booking. Not as good for follow up visits. Had to wait about 15 mins for someone to speak to us even though we had been seen and some staff weren't attending to other people.

We were looking for next year's holiday the staff were very helpful and patient with us, we didn't quite find what we were looking for and prices have gone through the roof lol .

Poor customer service, I ordered some euros on line and arranged to pick them up. What a joke I certainly won't use Hays Travel in the White Rose again!

Called for a quote off a holiday there said there would call me back or email me there nether returned my call. So booked with a different company

Book online cheaper they screwed our holiday start to finish use coop travel or best @ travel they are much better
