Very strange place, requested a full package - foot massage wasn’t really a massage at all. More of a brief rub. Hair wash didn’t feel enjoyable at all - it felt like 30 minutes of harsh scratching with nails on my head. So harsh it felt like my skull was to the point of bleeding. Was looking forward to the neck massage, the masseuse only did my right side, and seemed to get distracted talking to her colleague and didn’t even finish on my left side. My friend had a similar experience with a different lady. And the service was finished approx 10-15 minutes earlier than the paid finish time.

Visited healthy hair wash with my mum, and we really enjoyed it. We got the $115 package deal. Started off with a tea while having a foot soak, then a foot massage, and head, neck, and chest massage. After we finished, we had our hair dried, staff gave us a small yoghurt before we left. It was so relaxing, and the staff were very kind. Will come back again, when I'm around the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got my hair washed from here. It was one of THE best experiences I’ve had. They were so patient and polite. Along with the herbal wash, I received a small hand massage. My hair is extremely thick and long so it’s quite hard to wash it on my own. They did such a amazing job and gave the best head massage ever! Would highly recommend this place

have been waiting for head spa like this in Melbourne for a long time, service was fabulous and definitely worth the price, would be even better if they can work on providing more personal space for privacy - however overall is a great find, would recommend and will be back!

I had a good experience with the lady who did my massage. I felt more relaxed after the experience. However, my partner did not really enjoy the massage with another lady. He said it was painful as the lady had long nails and felt like she was scratching his head.
