I totally did not have a good experience with Adam H. I had to chase up with him and several times to get things done. Initially I thought he was good when he got back to me in an instance after reading my property contract (FOC). Now, I doubt whether he did read through it properly. Settlement was good but took him more than 2 weeks to send me the statement of adjustment (I followed up , emailed , sms and after CCed the person who recommended me that he got back to me). He was the one who said he would sent it on a particular day but did not. Plus, he charged me almost $2400 for his services which I think was excessive. It was a simple and normal purchase of an apartment with no issue on the apartment. I won't be recommending him to anyone.

MONEY HUNGRY $$$$ BAD Experience Tried charging astronomical fees. I was the purchaser and Held Lawyers was acting for the seller. My solicitor was in discussion with Adam about moving settlement by 3 days. Adam still ISSUED A NOTICE OF DEFAULT WHICH TAKES UNDER 10 MINUTES AND CHARGED $950, nomination statement $450, directors guarantee $700 ETC. Fees totaled over$4000. He is all about how much money he can try to get from you. A true disgrace to the profession. Count your fingers after shaking hands with him.

I used Adam for the conveyancing of my property purchase at the recommendation of my real estate broker.. He was efficient, effective and delightful to deal with.. Did not get what we paid for. Slick sort of guy. No but I engaged him on behalf of my son and 8 months after the conveyance still trying to advise all utilities the new owner of property. It is embarrassing receiving notices to cut of supply and threats of legal action. Repeated requests to Adam held to advise the relevant government departments and utilities have fallen on deaf ears.
