One star is already too much for the drama and frustration that rubbish Heather Bowler and Sue Cousin caused! This is our first time using a travel agent, it is also the last time! Four of us (two adults and two children 5+6 yrs old) were about to enjoy the holiday in Singapore this March, but unfortunately, the experience since October 2022 was far from what we expected. Sue booked the tickets for us last Oct. The issues were unbelievable: 1. my name was booked incorrectly four times, although I provided my passport. Either my surname didn’t appear on the e-ticket or the names were other way around in the booking. I called Singapore Airlines since Oct, Nov 2022, Jan and Feb 2023 called again. They said the agent should have fixed it. Sue sent me an email several times saying it was all fixed. (What a joke! I shouldnt trust her!) Nothing was done until one hour before boarding! On the departure day, the airline wouldn't let me go until this name fixed! My husband called Hello World, as usual Heather Bowler picked up the phone and yelled, "We did! We fixed! It's not fault! Blah blah blah..." WE KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE DONE! (The airline showed us your booking call history) 2. My children’s fares were all booked as adults and charged us over AUD600 extra. I understand that my older one 6 yrs old was in the process of passport renewal last October when Sue and Heather booked the tickets but still should ring the bell if someone booked the kids as adults! (Again, this Heather's 30 years of working experience means full of rubbish). 3. The return flight was booked for the one operated by Scoot. My husband specifically asked and emphasised Singapore Airlines, NOT operated by Scoot. SQ 3 digits not 4 digits! Still, these women didn't admit their booking error - ‘Operated by Scoot’ until we confronted them. This travel agent is so disgusting. Well done to show us a lack of attention to details. You caused inconvenience, stress and financial loss to us! So, Sue and Heather, just leave us alone, stop sending us your stupid promotion flyers !

We have used Heather at Casey Central a couple of times now for our holiday bookings and she did an amazing job both times. Nothing was too much trouble and our second trip was with friends who live in Perth so she even looked after their flights and accommodation from Melbourne. Everything was a breeze and we changed our minds a few times which was never a hassle for her.. Everything went smoothly, our transfers were waiting to take us to our hotel, the hotel recommendation was perfect and we had an incredible, stress free holiday. We are already planning our next holiday with Heather. Her knowledge is second to none and passion for her clients is one of the reasons we keep going back. This was the first time we used Heather at Helloworld Casey Central and I can’t speak highly enough of the attention to detail provided by her. We did a 7-week holiday to Ireland, UK, France and Spain and nothing was too much trouble. As I am one to ask (many) questions, Heather happily answered all of them in quick time which I was most appreciative of. Went into the hello world at Casey and I had the worst experience. I went in to plan my honeymoon trip and i was questioned on why I wanted to go to these places and that it didn’t seem like something they would do. They really gave off the attitude that they weren’t interested in helping hardly giving me the time of day but took my details down anyway and they said they would email me with a quote. It’s been 2 weeks now and I’ve received nothing. Fair to say I will not be following it up and won’t be going back I checked my emails and my junk and had ZERO response!

Last year our first trip to the USA we booked with Heather from Hello World Casey an unforgettable experience. She planned our hotels, tours, flights, transport everything for us. It was all perfection. This year our second trip was to Europe again we went to Heather for flights, hotels, accommodation, and again we were very happy. She is so knowledgeable about the world and which places to go visit, and where to stay. We stayed close to the city and in top hotels near main attractions. Highly recommend you guys give her a visit.

Stay away from this travel agent unless you want your holiday to be a living nightmare. Name wrong in flight tickets, charged way higher than even airline website prices, charged kids full price whereas it should be 25% less, at the end when boarding the plane we weren't allowed as the name on the ticket was wrong and wasn't fixed by the travel agent.

Heather planned my tripped perfectly, I had a wonderful experience. Heather prepared me with all the relevant information and tips for a successful solo trip overseas. I would recommend her services and will for sure be booking another holiday through her in the future.

Great advise from Heather and the team at such short notice to map out and take care of all the arrangements which created a awesome holiday experience to Vietnam for myself and my wife, we will continue to call on them with trust for future adventures.
