Selena organised all our flights to Europe and everything worked seamlessly. In fact when we were going to Italy there was a strike and flights were being cancelled left, right and centre. I was so fortunate that Selena had booked our flights with an Italian airline and those flights were not cancelled! All of our connections were fantastic and we didn’t spend unnecessary hours at the airports . I am a very loyal customer once I find the right agent and I will continue to use Selena as my travel agent for all my future travel plans

Super disappointed! I wanted to book my trip with a local business. Helloworld Parkdale is literally around the corner. Tried to submit an online enquiry from website but got an error message. So rang and spoke to Richard who took down my details & said he would get back to me. Followed up a couple days later & left a message. It’s been a week & nothing. Spoke to Mel at Flight Centre (Mordy) at 9am this morning & received my itinerary/quote by 10am. I will be booking my trip with them tomorrow instead.
