We, like so many, had a dream holiday booked in 2020. From the very beginning of the pandemic situation, Wendy kept us informed about the situation, worked with us to decide whether to or when to cancel things and provided excellent detail and advice about credits vs cancellations. Her invaluable assistance resulted us in receiving a refund for flights booked with an overseas provider with minimal cancellation fees, which was a huge stress reliever for us. At all times, Wendy was responsive and professional. Whilst we were sad not to be able to take our holiday, we will definitely be rebooking through Helloworld Sunbury when we are eventually able to travel overseas again. Decided on a last minute trip for my family to the Sunshine Coast. The pandemic caused a significant load on Travel Agents, following up credits and re-booking, and the staff would have spent many hours more per travel event than in the past. Once travel was available again there would have been a huge backlog of work. Staff were still smiling and going about their business as best they could and providing the service we have come to expect at Helloworld Sunbury.

My husband & I celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary in March. Paola and her team ensured we had an amazing hotel in a great location and flights that worked perfectly with our needs.
