"# Completely ignored 2 Noise complaint distress calls and never sent that patrol, Had to wait till the neighbour in the unit below died down after a few hours now I'm experiencing that acid reflux as a result of of the adrenaline from being infuriated at basically having no possible actions to take, Being ignored and knowing my prospects for tomorrow are dismal"

Not encouraging or faith inspiring at all and it's not the first time I've been let down and I can't imagine it to be the last.

Looks like they just don't want to work and wanted to get paid without doing nothing.
I was bashed in my driveway and the Henley police abused me for wanting to charge the person. They didn’t want to do the paperwork! Don’t bother calling them for anything because they can’t do anything apparently even when there are drunks blocking the road and attacking people just 50 metres from the station! I think the station is there for decoration!

Excellent service. Been there twice recently. Once for myself, once with a friend. Each time the policeman (different ones) was very considerate and helpful.
Great customer service Aila! Spoke to this lovely lady on the phone and she was very helpful even tho my question was out of her scope.
Requested police attendance over the phone. Very slow to fill in paperwork. No one has come as writing one hour later..... Oh dear!
