Went in to get Australian Police check with fingerprints, but after consulting with Constable H, he said only fingerprints were needed for the Canadian Police Clearance and not necessary to get the Australian Police Check first. He saved me some money. A week later learned from Ottawa that I needed to have the same constable sign under the fingerprints, so I went back and Constable H was very accommodating and I did not have to go through the fingerprinting again and not having to pay any subsequent fees. Had a positive experience with him and the other constables that I interacted with.Would highly recommend them.

Absolutely atrocious service. Have been trying to call through since Friday 28/9/18, it is now Tuesday 2/10/18. All that happens is 2 mins of ringing and then the call is ended. All I want to know is if somone has found and handed in my keys I lost on Thursday night. I have not been able to get into my house and it was a long weekend. I would just like to know if they have been found before spending hundreds on replacement locks and keys.

Tried to call through regarding a case that the Police have been fumbling over for 18 months which a private company resolved in 2 weeks. Now the matter has been shifted back to police and they have handled it completely unprofessionally. Lady that answered was aggressively unhelpful and hung up on me while I was trying to find out where the case was at. Police are not there to help you. Do it yourself.

The new hours of operation have caused huge issues with my court ordered handovers. i had to call police assistance for a breach of the peace to help with my ex that refused to handover the children at another location due to the police

Very impolite. Called to ask a question and the man that answered the phone bubbled a few words saying he is not a police officer and hung up the phone, without giving me the chance to say anything. Deeply disappointed.

Called twice to report an non-emergency issue affecting the road safety where a car on Salisbury hyw was packed across one lane on 24/8/22 7:45. unable to get through as the phone just rang out. Not good enough!

Would help if they answered their phone - sitting waiting for an hour already for an officer to make him/herself available to take fingerprints. At an outrageous cost of $131. Very poor service and attitude!

Just had a simple police check to do only 1 staff member available. Is lunch time not a peak time for the public to do things? Shame the counter was not staffed to serve the public. 10 people waiting

Wanted to report some illegal activity and I ring them during business hours 7 times over an hour and not one person answers the phone? It's the biggest police station in adelaide.

I took my fingerprints here and received great help by the front desk Police Officer as well as the one who physically help me to take my fingerprints, his name is Triston.

Again. Tried calling the Adelaide police station. For 2 hours it just kept ringing out. What do they do in an Emergency? Very slack for a main police department

Don’t bother calling, they don’t answer and if you wait a couple minutes you are automatically disconnected. Maybe get a call centre in the Philippines?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Called a total of 9 times and no answer. You’d expect a police station to answer instantly...

Called at 8.35am 5/7/2017. lady answered with no name and was very unhelpful. Sounded like she had not had her morning coffee.
