One of the biggest mistake I did in trusting them. I reserved a car and then did all my travel plans accordingly to go for a road trip with my family. They confirmed the reservation and after a few days when the date of my travel was near they emailed me saying that they cannot provide what they confirmed and promised for . My vacation was badly disrupted and I was not able to book a flight and the buses were not available as it was eid time Dont ever trust them specially if you are coming from out of pakistan and your reservation is done by email..

I recently rented a Honda BRV and Honda Civic from the Hertz Car Rental location at Movenpick Hotel in Karachi for a period of approximately 22 days starting from May 13th. I am pleased to share that my experience with the agency was exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, and I would like to give a special shout-out to Mr. Mohsin, the manager at this location, who consistently provided the best possible assistance. I highly recommend this rental location to anyone visiting Karachi and in need of a reliable car rental service.
