Called Monday morning 5 minutes after open and they told me the only availability for my issue was Wednesday morning @ 7:30am. At 12pm on Wednesday I called the shop to get an update on my car and found out it had only just been brought into the shop for inspection. Not sure what the need for an appointment time is if my car is not going to be looked at during those times. At around 2:30pm I get a call telling me my radiator needs replaced, and the cost to do so. I asked to set up a payment plan as I wasn't sure if I could afford the cost outright and was told "No problem we will get your radiator ordered today as we have it in stock and someone will call you later to set up that plan." I received no call so then on Thursday I went in person to the shop but it was during lunch time when no techs were there to speak about my issue. Around 2pm on Thursday I get a call and was told the same exact thing as Wednesday and that they were gonna go ahead and order the radiator for me that day. He told me they would have it for sure fixed for me on Friday before 3pm and I just received a phone call 30 mins ago telling me my car won't be available until after 5pm when I am not able to get it. Very sad, all the positive reviews were very misleading. The customer service was friendly but nothing more. Very hollow, I do not recommend this place as you will have to follow up on your own car if you want any progress to be made with this particular shop. **Edit The reason for all the time references, is because I was quoted for only 2 hours of labor and was told my car was "almost finished now" but that it would not be available until after 5. This phone call was at 2pm. I'm not the best at math but that's 3 hours later not the 2 hours I was quoted. Also how would it take that much longer if its "almost finished now." I just feel as though I am being lied to the entire time. I would respect it so much more if they just told me "hey we dropped the ball on your car." The tech's name on my car is Brandon.

I had a good experience with hi-tech auto the first time but the second was a little less so and my last time there was down right awful. I think they are a great place to get oil changes since that seems to be their main focus but when my car needs real work they seem reluctant to actually talk to me about it or get it done. I wanted to understand what my car needed and when I tried to get clarification I was told that it is a 16 year old car and what do I expect. Ironically I had every intention of having major work done on this car but apparently they weren't interested enough to answer some questions. Also they have pointed out three times on the paperwork that the car needs shocks but both times I brought it up they said "oh that can wait, the shocks can seap for a long time." Overall I got treated as if I'm unwilling to put money into my car and instead had to take it to the dealership for the work it needs. I also expected it to be more expensive at the dealer and so far it looks like it'll be a little cheaper even, AND they want to do the work, ALL of the work the car needs.

I have been taking my car here for a little over 3 years, What gave me confidence to visit the first time were the reviews that mentioned honest mechanics who didn't take advantage of their clients. After multiple visits, (mostly maintenance-related), I am happy to say that I can confirm the integrity and fairness of the team at Hi-Tech. I have never felt pressured to purchase something that wasn't necessary, things have always been explained to me until I understood, and they have never given me a hard time when I chose to do something on my own instead of through their shop. And they never made me feel dumb if I didn't understand something. After all, modern cars are complicated! There is no better feeling than having the confidence of turning the key in the ignition and knowing that the car is going to start without any problems, and that I will be able to get from Point A to Point B safely and without any problems. That is the real value that I have found here, and that is why I keep coming back.

Our 2013 Outback broke down on the road so we had it towed to Hi-Tech. The front differential had failed which meant that the front differential and the transmission had to be replaced. They worked very hard to get us a properly working transmission. Hi-Tech received multiple faulty transmissions from the supplier so they finally called them and inquired as to how they were processing the '13 Outback transmissions. It turns out that Hi-Tech was able to identify that the supplier was unknowingly damaging the transmissions when processing them. This was going above and beyond to help get us back on the road. Also, Hi-Tech was able to work with our warranty company to get the repairs covered by our warranty. We are very grateful for Hi-Tech and recommend them as a competent, trustworthy shop.

This is by far and wide one of the best shops you could bring your car to in the valley. Jim and his team are professional and friendly, and just by visiting the shop it really shows how much they care about their customers. We recently shot a commercial for Hi-Tech in March when all of the social distancing measures went into effect, and it was really cool to see how much time and effort all the techs and mechanics put into sanitizing each vehicle, and making the whole process of getting you car worked on a much safer experience. If your car needs work done I would highly recommend choosing Hi-Tech Car care. They're trustworthy, dependable and they care about the safety of their customers and staff.

My experience at High-Tech Car Care was exceptional! I went in for an oil change because they are located conveniently to my home near Thomas Rd and 40th St. I've given up on the "Quickie Lube" type places for oil changes because in my experience they do not complete that checklist that goes along with the service (washer fluid, tire pressure, etc). My car was making a clicking noise when turning and Jim and his crew looked at it and were able to diagnose and provide an estimate for repairs WITH NO PRESSURE to fix it that day! I will definitely be back to fix the clicking sound, my next oil change, and all future car care needs.

Hi-Tech is hi quality. I own a 2008 BMW 335I. Out of nowhere my car started acting really funny and not performing or driving the way she should. I called Justin over at Hi-Tech and told him what was going on. He had my car in the shop the same day. The problems I was having was pretty extensive but he took care of all the issues in a reasonable amount of time at a decent price. When I got there I come to find out they are topshop last 6 years in a row or longer. I was very happy with their work and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs anything done involving their car. Thanks again Justin for taking care of me.

Hi-Tech Car Car is all about Honesty and High Quality Work! I took my car to the dealer for a recall that only the dealer could handle. The dealer gave me an $1800+++ recommendation list. I picked it up straight from the dealer to Hi-Tech. They took a look at everything and verified that only $800 of it was necessary and at least $750 of the dealer recommendation was fine and in no need of repair. The next day I got my car running perfectly! Go here for good people doing good work!

Jim and Gary did a great job of making everything convenient for us. Unfortunately car maintenance is a fact of life...like the dentist. You'll always want to go to a place you can trust and has been in business for many years. Hi-Tech is that place. Rest assured you'll get top notch service at more than competitive prices. I have been having our car serviced there for years. I'm sure there will be many more to come…because they keep ‘em running strong.

If this were any other type of business, I would probably give it at least 4.5 stars, but like many people, I find it very difficult to trust car mechanics. So far as I can tell, this is an honest business, run and staffed by honest people. Their prices are reasonable if maybe not the lowest out there - but not the highest, either. I've always been satisfied with the work performed, and I've always been treated with courtesy and respect.

They give honest service with fair pricing. The customer service provided is the best I've ever experienced at any mechanic shop. It is nice, as a woman, to be able to go into a mechanic's shop and not feel like I am being taken advantage of and looked at like an open wallet. Gary is not particularly friendly. The price of an oil change has skyrocketed. Granted, I went with synthetic oil, but the cost of a traditional oil change has easily doubled. And that’s with a discount. You used to offer coupons. I haven’t received any in a long time. Your work, though, is excellent as usual.

Very poor quality work at an extremely high price! I will never have work done here again! They changed my thermostat and flushed the radiator for extremely high price.. then I had to get it replaced again a few weeks later some place else because they broke the part installing it as well as put in crooked.

Hi-Tech car care is the best auto mechanic shop in the state! There is no other place I would take my vehicles. They are very knowledgeable, fast and reasonable. Above all they are honest. I have never felt like I have been up sold on anything that wasn't necessary. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Great. But went over my car with a fine tooth comb and told me every microscopic thing that was wrong with it. And, said my rear yellow brake light didn't work?? Cars don't have yellow brake lights. In fact all of my lights were working just fine. Other than that, I highly recommend them.

Jim I was happy with how you know how to deal with the Audi’s electrical problems. I would like if you could update the computer print out as well. For example it still had a recommendation about tires which we replaced and should have been noticed if you are our primary service partner.

Hi-tech did an amazing job on my Sprinter Van. They were very thorough and explained all the items they had identified as something that needed attention. Their rates were reasonable and the were very timely in returning my vehicle to me. They are my shop of choice that I can trust.

This car repair shop is awesome! When I came in to get my oil changed, they looked at a lot of things in my car and let me know what my car status was. They were very polite and friendly, and they even gave my car a bath! You have got to check them out.
