I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush bed and all the necessary amenities including a coffee maker, minibar, and flat-screen TV. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a large bathtub and a separate rainfall shower. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet had a vast spread of delicious food, ranging from Indian specialties to Western breakfast staples. I also tried out their Italian restaurant, Ministry of Food, which offered a great variety of pasta and pizza dishes. The hotel also has a rooftop bar, where you can enjoy drinks and small plates while taking in the stunning views of the city. The hotel's location is also worth mentioning. I recently went to a corporate lunch with a team of 8 people at the Hilton on 23rd August, 2023. Unfortunately, I must express my deep disappointment with the experience. The food provided during the buffet seemed to be of poor quality and had clearly gone bad. As a result, our entire team fell ill with stomach-related issues after consuming the food. This incident not only disrupted our work schedules but also raised serious concerns about the hygiene and food safety practices at the hotel. It's disappointing to have our team bonding event marred by such a negative experience. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve their food quality and safety measures. Update 4th September, 2023. One of the managers has called me to look into this matter. He apologized and ensured that it will be taken care of in the future. Thanks

I stayed at Hilton GolfLinks for 3 months and will be going back. I had the best experience here the hospitality, the food, the room, the amenities everything is top notch. The staff is so nice and caring they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They even checked up on me everyday while I was sick. I really enjoyed the breakfast every morning where I used to get my morning coffee the way I want it without even asking for it. I also really appreciated the reception staff who gives you the warmest welcome. I also never really felt the need to go to a Salon outside the hotel campus as the tattva spa is fabulous. The rooms are so well equipped and if you need anything extra thats taken care off as well. I look forward to staying there again. I have stayed at a lot of hotels all over the world but this one beats all of them in hospitality.

Very pleased with a few recent stays spread over a few weeks in this hotel . As was working remotely the room was important. They have a good work table in the room . All the staff go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay and there is a great culture of looking after the guest. The Chef in the restaurant was happy to do specials as I try and be quite careful about my diet, and the restaurant staff were most helpful. The F&B manager too was great and very hospitable suggesting special dishes. I asked for a special chair and weighing scale and he helped to arrange these. In short, I found the staff really helpful and all happy to go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The food in the Buffet was great too. Mainly a better table lamp and more ergonomic chairs as standard in the executive rooms. So I'm happy to give it a 5 * and recommend it for a great stay .

I had an incredible dining experience From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The decor was stylish and modern, yet cozy and comfortable at the same time. This hotel is wonderful! I visited for over 2 weeks on business and enjoyed everything very much. The staff was very skillful, kind, and helpful. My meals were all very tasty, and the property is beautiful. The pool is awesome and Gym is fully tech proof,I will absolutely be back again. Also, it is situated in a very lovely business park for technology. It was nice to be able to go out for walks and feel comfortable, Great place

I stayed there for 3 nights and the experience was below expectations. I literally begged for everything to get into room( toiletry and all). I forgot my earbuds in well surveillanced space and they couldn’t trace it, this could have been my some expensive stuff. Not cooperative once you are in the room and they got the money.

Had gone to celebrate my friend birthday in seta outlet which has such a beautiful ambience and environment..... To make the place more beautiful there was Hlui & Sang2i who helped us alot for our small decoration which makes a memorable moment for us and there was Mr. Rahul who was always silent but always smiling and happy for us. The Hotel is centrally located makes it ideal for connectivity! The rooms are spacious and well equipped . The staff is courteous and was warm! The food was amazing, we liked seta for the food and poolside ambience . The Sunday brunch was icing on the cake and my family loved it They have a dedicated kids play area which makes it great for families

Had a wonderful experience. Brought in the new year with great memories. Great hospitality by Selvi, Abhishek and Lokesh at the entrance. Awesome breakfast buffet. Only feedback is that the TV screens in the bathroom wasn't working and the jacuzzi had cold water. This should be rectified

We frequently have business meetings and conferences here. This is the segment that's best catered here since it's literally a part of the tech park. From what I have experienced the rooms and service are also top notch. Always a pleasure to come here. Highly recommended for business travelers.

I really had a bad experience with Hilton. Their whole lobby stinks of sewage. Their hospitality quality is very bad, even when I ordered food in the room, nothing was hot and did not even taste good. I guess people are booking that place because of the location.

Excellent service Prakash and his team members Sujith, Abhishek were very supportive. The food was delicious. Gulab jamun with Rabri was mouth watering Pool side arrangements was really good with Beautiful lighting.

Crowd management was not good. Snacks were served in a tiny space. People were jostling to reach food. Vegetarian snacks were mostly out of stock. People were waiting for several minutes for the vegetarian snacks to be refilled. Overall bad experience.

Made an unplanned pit stop at recess, Hilton located in Embassy Golf Links. Although the place was about to close at around 8pm, Sujith was exceptionally courteous and patiently explained what was available to order at that point of time. Had a good experience.

A few years ago I went to Hilton. I was being interviewed there by a great gentleman. We had a nice lunch together. The next day I went all alone for a buffet. And I met with such great lives The gentleman who invited me for an interview opened actually a new door for me.

We went with our team for buffet lunch but they kept veg and non veg starters in. Small bowls which is not at all sufficient for that crowd once that over others has to wait until they get next batch of starters

Enjoyed staying in the hotel with my family especially the pool. Hotel Staff were very friendly. The in house food menu clearly specifies usage of nuts as my son has severe nuts allergy.
