I recently attended a New Year's Eve 2024 celebration at this hotel, opting for the 'Platinum Couple' ticket package. My wife and I traveled from Kerala to join the festivities. Upon arrival, we were assigned a table for the party and a room in the hotel. The event was scheduled to start at 7:00 PM, and we entered the party area shortly after this time. The staff promptly seated us and provided an overview of the locations for starters, main courses, the bar, and water. Initially, we encountered a misunderstanding about the serving time for food. At around 7:20 PM, we approached the starter section only to be informed by a staff member that food service would begin at 8:00 PM. This was a bit disheartening, and we decided to wait. However, I noticed other guests enjoying starters before 8:00 PM, which was confusing, but I chose not to partake until the designated time to avoid further embarrassment. After 8:00 PM, the experience improved significantly. The staff at the restaurant were attentive, inquiring about our preferred beverages—I chose beer, which they promptly served. As the evening progressed, the party officially started around 9:00 PM, featuring engaging programs, an excellent DJ, and entertaining anchoring. I would rate the DJ and stage programs a solid 7 out of 10. We later indulged in a variety of hot drinks like rum, gin, and vodka, and were particularly impressed with the bar staff. Their cocktail creations were exceptional, and the promise of unlimited beverages was indeed fulfilled. The main course was equally delightful, offering a wide range of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, including desserts. The presence of multiple counters ensured a smooth and rush-free experience. By the end of the party, my initial dissatisfaction had turned into genuine happiness. Returning to our room, provided by the hotel, we were pleased with its excellent condition and amenities. Although an early flight prevented us from enjoying the breakfast, the overall comfort of the room was commendable. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting us with a taxi to the airport early in the morning. In conclusion, despite a rocky start, our overall experience at the hotel was outstanding, warranting a rating of more than 10 out of 10. I am eagerly looking forward to revisiting the hotel on my next trip to Bangalore

I was impressed with my stay at the Oterra - right from the food to the rooms to the service. What makes it stand out is the desire to go above and beyond demonstrated by every single staff member I interacted with. When I arrived I was recovering from food poisoning and needed medicine - the front desk was exceptionally accommodating and quick in response time - someone went and personally got the medicine, delivered it to my room and didn't even accept payment. My miss in not getting his name, but I'm very grateful for the care demonstrated. The morning breakfast restaurant was accommodating in sending items from the buffet to my room since I wasn't well. Tenzing at the front desk was always helpful and efficient. Similarly security staff Deepak Jena was very helpful in coordinating with Uber drivers who were having trouble finding the right location. I will definitely be back here when I'm in Bangalore next. Keep it up Oterra - if you maintain these standards, you'll definitely earn brand recognition soon. Cheers!

It's a pretty large property. Unfortunately it's service is average. The Italian restaurant has great food but is over priced for the size of the helping. Be EXTREMELY careful, at both the Indian and Italian, I had the experience of them quietly pouring water from a bottle and then charging it at at over 300 bucks! It has happened to me on two different stays, so it's definitely intentional and does not leave a good taste in the mouth. Overall,the feeling I was left with is that hotel only cares about how much money they can make from you regardless of the service. Perhaps it's because it's primarily business customers so they think an individual will not care.. but we do care about our company money being spent! Over-all, I would give it a 3/5 because the infrastructure is good. Service- average! Value for money - 2/5 .

Today I visited ottera with family for lunch after tiering day. However the food was not at all fresh it. We chose alakart. But the hotel staff served us the food which was left over of buffet lunch. We were ordering food of our wish but waitress kept on saying this is not available and that is not available. She gave only 3options for veg starters and we have to order from that only. So we ordered all the 3 it was not tasty, not freshly prepared not up to the mark. It was re heated food. When it came to table it was just warm. When took a bite food was not hot inside. It was part of buffet same was served to alakart just little heat. We could not even finish it and we didn't even order main course and came out. Very very disappointing worst experience of life. Will never ever visit again waste of time n money.

This hotel has EXCELLENT customer service. I was scammed from a silk emporium store in Bangalore without realizing it, the concierge noticed my bag of shopping goods as I returned to the hotel and asked where I got the goods and how much I paid. He informed me that the store I went to are scammers and they gave me knock off junk and triple charged me. He sent a hotel driver with my goods and the receipt back to the store and demand me a $550 refund and successfully accomplished that. Thank you! The hotel itself is pleasant and the rooms are nice and restaurants are good. Easy walk to infosys campus. Recommend this hotel

This hotel I chose even if it will make me travel longer. The overall experience is style full and one experiences good attention and interest in you. They go beyond the expected is my experience. Food quality is good and of good variety. Have been here multiple times over past many years and from that I conclude that it is style to modernize the room s a bit for look and feel. Yet this not yet urgently needed. Airport pickup was also very well arranged with a good and friendly host at arrivals and their drivers understand how they should behave in traffic to make it a smooth transport. Definitely will come back.

Would rate it 4.5 stars. Service is nice & very good, they really try to make your stay special. Food in the different restaurants is generally good, tho very pricy for India. They could explain a little more about the local dishes to foreigners. Rooms & facilities are no longer in their prime and could be a tad cleaner, but they are generally fine. The gym has everything you need and the whole pool area as well as the spa is also nice. I gave 5 stars instead of 4 because the reception staff is really helpful and always available for the guests.

We dined here at the restaurant on ground floor. . Buffet with a wide spread. Large dining hall and had a musician singing. W me were a group of 10 and got the seats closer to him . He sang well many old English pop songs of 1980 and 90's. After some time this was an hindrance to our discussions..we come here to chatup and not just listen to music. I asked for a volume reduction which was not heeded to. Starter tandoori kept in the r serve area was good .pizza was delicious. Salad and specially the sprouts with legumes were excellent.

A good looking property in the IT hub of the city. Nestled in the midst of IT majors, this place is primarily a business hotel. Attended a wedding reception here and experienced the banquet hall. Entrance and the lobby exuded typical business ambiance. The banquet hall is narrow but long enough to accommodate about 200 guests. Decor and lighting are ok, nothing extraordinary. Food served was average in terms of variety and taste. General appeal of the dining area and layout could be better managed. Overall a decent experience

Had visited there with my wife and kid to just inquire if a small birthday celebration can be arranged in any one restaurant in ottera.. No good response from the ground staff was received. The staff made us wait and were busy attending foreign delegate and other rich looking people. Did not feel welcomed... literally felt unwelcomed. (felt like a common man not welcomed here). So just took off from the place saying will visit later.

Room was dusty. Had traveled with a 3 year old and yet they assigned a room with twin beds. They were not willing to change the room to a king bed even after several requests. Breakfast was really disappointing , the worst food I have encountered till date. They were not serving even Sausages as they said they ran out of stock. The chutney and some other items they served were stale.

The ambience and decor now feels amazing. The rooms are big and the TV is large. Decent option if you have business meetings in Electronic City The service is good with responsive and courteous staff. During check-in i forgot to take my ID back and the staff took great effort to have it delivered it to me across the entire city, at Bangalore airport. Excellent job.!!

They have the worst quality of Food ever served in a 5 star hotel! Absolutely pathetic taste and quality - have visited multiple times. They should handover this property to Taj or Marriott to up their standards.

Went there for a buffet in a group of 25. At 1800 per person, the price seemed reasonable considering the variety and taste. Chicken biryani and salad items stood out for me. The sweets were a little disappointment.

This review is not for the hotel but their cab/car service. This is specifically regarding the cab number 9311, BYD make car. The driver drove without regard for any safety for other vehicles, specifically 2 wheelers. Tried to push a two wheeler into a big puddle of water on the ORR near Iblur junction even though his lane was clear.

Rooms are very shady, staff was not at all good specially restaurant staff, when we were having breakfast they were busy picking up the buffet. So ridiculous.

Went there for dinner so not rating the rooms. We visited their Asian eatery on roof top. Amazing and delicious food. Loved it. Server was good and was suggesting dishesh as per our likings and even prepared one dish which wasn't on menu but was Asian. Great romantic atmosphere.

We recently visited for lunch as team, in buffet system they are charging 1500(exclusive gst) but that food not even worth for 500, worst food ever had in this kind of hotels. And variety of food also not that much, only few items..

The staff esp Ruby and Devendra are too good. They customized the food as per our baby's preference. Menu is limited but it's delicious.

Hotel room and facilities are really good the it park is big and we can access that so the kids can play and we can sit in the greenery we have good place to play the kid

We had brunch at the hotel on the ground floor. The spread was good. We tried Mexican, Thai, Andra style food tasted nice. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Proper 5 star service. Pricey for the area. Excellent facilities. Nearby 46 Ounces which is co-owned is a 2 minute walk and a superb micro-brewery with lower cost but high quality food. ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು

I have been to 24@43 and East restaurants. Awesome food and amazing service. Highly recommended!!!
