This post office is absolutely useless, I’d say I’ve been in there about ten times and never actually got what I came in for. I’m very confused about the previous glowing reviews, the staff are rude and lazy and as for the other review speaking of the women with the lovely smile, I don’t believe she exists, because the only women I’ve seen there, I don’t think she even knows what smiling is or has the physical ability to do it. This post office is right next to my house but I drive too a post office ten minutes away on purpose so I never have to go in here.

Quite confused by the vicious reviews - I live close by and have always found the staff here to be polite and helpful. Just because they don't smile doesn't mean they're rude, particularly as they're older and clearly speak English as a second language, which takes extra concentration. They offer a limited range of post office services (which can be checked online in advance) which might be why people are unhappy with the service, but this isn't the fault of the staff.

Embarrassing. This is not a proper post office. It's extremely shabby, the sort of makeshift place you see on visits to developing countries. Parcels you deposit get left on the shop floor. Queue takes 30 minutes, you queue down one of the aisles of the shop. Many services are not supported here. Best avoided, unless using the most basic postal services, and you don't mind leaving your item in the open on full display.

I've live very close to this shop/post office for an extremely long time and I've never known the main man in there to have any customer service skills whatsoever. Rude rude rude. I shall only be using this shop for post office services from now on and getting my magazines and anything else from the surrounding local shops. I feel sorry for his wife! He needs to learn some manners.

Same parcel I received was sent for £3.35 as I sent it back to sender in exactly same package this post office charged me£5.35 he insisted that other post office had made a mistake. Rip off post office never going back.

This is a lovely little local post office. The staff, especially the nice lady behind the counter, are always polite and helpful even during the busiest of times. Really grateful to have them near us.

I've been coming year since i was a kid, the family who run it are always lovely and welcoming, they have very good stock and whenever youre in the area, pop in and say hello!

Shockingly rude people that run/own this franchise. The most unhelpful peolpe I have had the misfortune to encounter. Will actively avoid these rude obnoxious people.

Never had any issues here - family run newsagents with a post office inside. Owners always pleasant. Very convenient for general needs!
