Simply Fantastic. My experience so far with the Hollywood Cinema Store (HCS) has been excellent. Alex and Mark C have been really helpful in designing the best system for our new home theatre room, getting us the best deal in the market and accommodating for an earlier installation date. Unlike other stores HCS is very thorough in their design and they are open and transparent with quotes and pricing as well. They have a pretty well set up demo rooms with different configurations to trial and test your sound tastes. Happy that I made the right choice in trusting HCS with our theatre design. All that is pending is for our Klipsch RP speakers + Sony projector system to arrive and be installed. When I decided I wanted a home theatre system installed at my home, I went to many stores, such as (Big Picture People & Selbys), but I found Hollywood Cinema Store to be the most professional & knowledgeable. Initially dealt with Rob & Mark were really nice & helpful and suggested the best system. Alex (Manager) was a gentleman and really helped me finalise my system at a great price. There was a slight delay in obtaining some items due to the Covid situation, but he promptly chased things up and was able to upgrade them for free. The installation was very clean and professional. Nathan & Andy were very patient with me and answered all my questions, and even suggested better speakers for my room setup. End result was amazing. Seriously do not waste your time looking else where for a home theatre system!!

My wife and I recently visited New Zealand for a holiday. We stayed at a resort which had a theatre room and on one wet afternoon we sat down to watch a movie. We enjoyed the experience so much we decided to set up a similar system at home. We called into the Hollywood Cinema Store in Fountain Gate and met up with one of the salespeople named Mark. I’ve shopped at many AV stores over the years and from my personal experience people in this industry can come across a bit arrogant. But not at Hollywood Cinema. These guys are friendly, welcoming and professional. Thanks to Mark and Arnel for giving me such a great deal on a Marantz processor l didn’t think was possible. And a very big thank you to Arnel for his after sales support over the phone to help me iron out a few issues. That extra help was much appreciated, l can’t recommend these guys enough. Recently had a home cinema installed in our new house. Service and help from start to finish was flawless. on the day of installation we discovered an issue of wires from our pre-install missing, the installer completed additonal methods to get everything working with minimal fuss or disruption. 6 weeks later their after sale service and help has been outstanding - something you do not see in many businesses these days. Do not buy from any other business/shop just go direct to Hollywood Home Cinema.

We went there to have a look and came out with a full cinema package with all the bells and whistles . The service from the staff was first class all the way ,from beginning to end. Even going the extra mile when i had forgotten which button to push so I could stream Bathhurst Watching Movies is absolutely awesome! In our theater. I purchased a Klipsch Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 system and a Denon AVRx4700 11.1 channel amp from Hollywood Cinema (HC) that HC installed and calibrated in my new TV room. The pre-purchase information was the deciding factor in my buying from Hollywood Cinema and the set up and calibration is the reason that I would strongly recommend this store. Hollywood cinema store..A perfect place for home theater needs. They did a Fantastic job with installation of 5.2.4 Dolby Atmos setup in my new home (130 inches screen, Sony native 4k projector, klipsch, Denon). Pricing was unbeatable and great after sales support too. Just enjoying the theatrical experience everyday. Highly Recommended.

The staff were polite, very professional. They know all about quality of products. Could not fault them, asked about installation and put us in for 12th October. These guys were FANTASTIC! the install crew that came out to do my place were fantastic. Very professional quick! The Crew at the store also didn't have a 4k player for me, so they loaned me one until the right model came in. if you're in the market for a home cinema, these guys are well worth it.

Got a great deal on a Klipsch subwoofer. Put a small deposit and then paid off when funds allowed - and as this was during lockdown, they were able to organise a courier (for nothing) and it arrived that afternoon! If I ever need anything else...!!!
