I spent two hellish days in that so called hospital. I was in the area two years ago and went to see dr. m. Patel for cancer. I wasn't there one minute and he groped me. I ran out of there and never went back. My cancer is now healed from juicing, I refused all conventional treatments, i had no surgery, no chemo, no radiation. I went to john C. Lincoln hospital, so-called, for a heart thing and dr. m. patel comes into my room. He stocked me and hunted me down. And was there looking at my breasts up and down. I screamed and told him to get out. I was not there for cancer but that would not matter, I did not ask him to come there and it is not good to up upset heart patient. WOW.Nurse Diane should not be a nurse, she yells alot. She yelled at a heart patient. They are incompetent and do not know what they are doing. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I DID. I RAN OUT OF THERE AND DIDN'T STOP RUNNING. THEY DO MORE TO UPSET THE PATIENTS THAN THEY DO TO help them. I know I am repeating myself but I was misdianosed but no cardiac surgeon showed up like they said he would. Instead an oncologist showed up saying to them that he is my doctor. He was never my doctor. I went to see him once for a few minutes two years ago and he touched me improperly so i ran and never went back. Here it is two years later im at hospital and he tells them he is my doctor and shows up in my room glaring down at my chest up and down and says , "Remember me" I screamed for him to get out. I was being held there unless i signed something to leave. Security guard stood in doorway so i couldn't leave. He then chased me stuck right to my butt all over the hospital and two other securty guards chase me too out into parking lot. My phone had died and couldnt call cab. They would not call me a cab. I knew no one in Phoenix. They chased me out into the streets. I was wondering the streets looking for someone with phone to call cab. Here i am a heart patient and they put me through the ringer. I had to go to another hospital 2 days later and they diagnosed me with fluid build up in heart sack. I could have died. They had to take fluid out. I died twice they had to defibulate twice. When john c. lincoln did the catheter from my wrist to my heart they caused trauma which caused fluid buildup in heart sack and 2nd hospital had to do pericardial window, Which caused my heart rythem to change, i could have died, in fact i did twice. Respond to this report!

Yesterday my friend needed to go to the hospital.. This hospital is the closest in proximity to where she lives. So we arrived at the emergency room.. This felt like nothing short of a disaster.. My friend was very upset and may have been short in her answers. But the staff treated us like we were imposing on them requesting Medical care. The only exception to the attitude of the people in the emergency room would be the triage nurse. I wish I had got her name. She was a young blonde girl, and she was very caring and very sweet.. I realize at this hospital is a trauma center. However, it really felt like people weren't being seen. The waiting room just kept filling up with people. And it didn't seem like anyone was going back.. There was an elderly gentleman in there. Several times he tried to flag someone for a question and he was ignored. I personally went on his behalf three times to request someone come talk to him, I was ignored.. I did spot the triage nurse mentioned earlier, and she came directly over to find out what his needs were. That's what healthcare should be.. After about 3 and a 1/2 hours. We left the ER and went over to Scottsdale. Shea North, another honor health hospital. Where we were treated amazingly, And that would be where I would recommend you go.. Upon arriving, we were greeted with amazing smiles. And after about an hour and a 1/2, a room became available. The staff at the other hospital. Whet above and beyond, and had great bedside manner.. The staff at John C Lincoln Honor Health hospital leaves much to be desired. We also noticed that after we left the hospital. They put a very untrue account of our exit. I was standing right there. My friend never raised her voice and Yelled at them, although they probably deserve it..

My husband and I feel like they are keeping him hostage here for Financial reasons. They've given false diagnosis several times. And then when you come to them with an article or comment from their own staff they'll tell you stop reading most of it is false. None of the doctors come together to give the same info the charts are never updated so each nurse or next doctor knows whats going on. He's in more pain from all the IVs they kept trying to stick in him instead of a Piccadilly line bruised both arms so bad they are now swollen With a clot. Hed gotten worse bring in here not better then when asked to please go home to get better they said yes but won't give him his blood pressure medication that he came in with and its the same meds they are giving him now. This place is joke i have pictures and written statements if anyone wants proof dont leave your loved ones by themselves each time I go to walk the dog come back and husband is shaking has had an accident on himself because they didn't respond to his light and had him hooked to a bunch of machines and the bed alarm on like he's a child then won't respond to the beeps unless they know someone is here with them otherwise the machine just go stupid unless it annoy them. Don't leave your loved one alone here check all.meds that are being given to them check side effects and interactions with other meds they are given.. dont let them do oops surgeries either that were not needed in the 1st place. If its life threatening get them to a bigger city hospital quickly being here they are just looking to put you in debt

I have PTSD and some of my triggers are medication and medical procedures. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to this hospital and all the staff I've come in contact with. They have been consistently kind and patient with me and really helped me through what could've been a very traumatic experience. I came to the ER with kidney stones that I've been dealing with since Feb, but putting it off because of my fear. The wait in the ER can either be quick or sometimes take long, but for me, it's worth it. Once I got to the back, the nurse was amazing. She stabilized my anxiety, and things went quickly from there. I was admitted since surgery was scheduled for Friday anyways and I was in too much pain. I wish I could remember everyone who took care of me. They were all so great! Allen in first floor observation rooms, Leslie from the 5th floor who was my nurse at night. The caring nurses who prepped me for surgery and were patient and kind. To the nurse who woke me up after my procedure and kept me calm while recovering from the anesthesia, which is the hardest for me, do to my PTSD. There are so many more, the Dr's! Dr Mafi, Dr Ponas, Dr Victor. I AM TRULY GRATEFUL for this hospital and their staff. The nurses are incredible! They are amazing human beings, and I won't ever go anywhere else but here. I thank God that I came here, and I thank God for these caring and compassionate people! My only regret is that I can't remember all the names. Thank you for taking such good care of me. May God bless you all! ❤️

Recently admitted to JC Lincoln MC for acute kidney failure. I was in bad shape. Entered the ER and there after, once they checked my vitals was takened to my room on the 6th. floor. I was very apprehensive and to be honest quite scared. Didn't know what to expect. Within 24 hours, the staff of the 6th. floor, eased my apprehension with upmost care and reassured my hope. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. These professional and outstanding nurses were the spearhead of my recovery. So, at this moment, I would love to give a shout out to them. Rebecca A. Allie B. Tyler R. Brooke T. Lynn R. Charles W. Bao-Tram T. Faith C. Emily T. Manny Q.(aka, Dr. O) Heather M. who spent time la la gagging with me bout hiking etc. (I miss that). Also, got me up and we had a stroll together. Will always have a special place in my heart. Even Letty the house lady, who kept my room clean and the food servers. WOW, all of you are AWESOME. Thank you. There were many more that contributed to my recovery, like, Dr. Miernik, thank you and all the Specialist who were involved. Again, Thank you All...

My dad was hospitalized at HonorHealth John C. Lincoln after a fall at a post acute rehabilitation facility. He was admitted to the ICU the night of May 3 and sadly passed away early in the morning on May 6. During this time, my family and I were greatly impressed by the efficiency, compassion, and care of everyone we dealt with: case manager, specialists, nurses, therapists, food service staff, and ER staff. They not only cared for my dad but for those of us who were at the hospital with him. After perfoming a long procedure on another patient, the neurologist treating my dad called after we had left for the evening to update us and took the time to provide a thorough explanation in layman's terms. This was a completely different experience than the one we had with a different hospital one week prior. It was horrible to lose my dad, but I'm thankful he had efficient, well-coordinated care from a staff who seemed commited to making him as comfortable as possible.

I’m celiac and my two sons as well. Came to cafeteria. The two working possibility Asian and Romania or Russia not sure. Told us they only accommodate patients with food allergies. They did offer to make my son gf burger. The women did not change her gloves touch everything for my sons meal.I told her got mad. Looks like she didn’t understand me. Honor health train your employees on food allergies. If she did this with us most likely is doing it for the patients that have food allergies. That’s reason they are getting sick. Celiac is very real must take serious specially in a hospital. We didn’t eat anything. Only bout a fountain drink. My son goes for a refill and the lady yells at him. He cannot get refill. Please put a sign let customers know. The service and food preparation is terrible don’t eat here…

Zero stars as zero care given. Worst hospital ever. Waiting room roughly 32°F. Initial visit was for car accident. Doctors left out almost everything explaining lab/CT/MRI test results and discharged being told, " Make sure you follow up with your primary" but neglected to say exactly why. Been waiting 3 weeks and they still have yet to send the MRI to my primary card doctor so she can do her own and order XRays, which hospital did not do. At this point, if anything is broken, it is healing wrong and will have to be re-broken. 2nd visit, as i was vomiting more than likely from concussion from accident, 5 hours there, not a single soul left waiting area and taken back. Everyone leaving looking for other hospitals to get assistance. Even as a last resort, I would never go here again!

35 weeks pregnant. Picked up my mom from the nightshirt, figured I could be seen for decreased fetal movement. I came in knowing they aren’t equipped with ultrasounds and was prepared to only hear a fetal heartbeat, for peace of mind. DR MERCHANT was very condescending in the emergency department. Explained she could only do a fetal Doppler, which I knew, continued to tell me there’s nothing more she could do. Did the Doppler but continued to keep me and my discharge papers for almost an hour after the “exam”, telling me they can’t do much else. Came in said I need to go to another facility but still wouldn’t discharge me. I came in for reassurance of hearing my baby’s heartbeat. I did not appreciate her talking down on me in a moment of distress.

The care given to patients at Honor Healh's Cardiac Rehab is so much more than just exercise! From the moment I walked in I was treated with a caring respect that immediately made me comfortable. Each staff member is obviously a well trained professional and every detail of the experience is carried out in an atmosphere of friendship and helpfulness. The therapy is designed to instill confidence and be enjoyableble and includes appropriate exercise as well as training in nutrition, stress management and overall knowledge of cardiac treatment. The staff all demonstrate compassion and friendship that make the whole experience positive and motivating. I look forward to going to each session and feel that it's speeding my recovery.

We had the worst treatment at this facility. My loved one was brought in to ER and then ICU. we were living our worst nightmare and just when it could get worse, the House supervisor of the hospital interrupted my family and told us that our love one “was brain dead and that if we didn’t know what that meant to google it.” As she walked away to a rapid. Very insensitive, imprudent and unprofessional. I also work in a #1 trauma hospital and we know that whatever we say, do, treat will mark the family on their worst day. We take care of our families in finding comfort in any situation. I would never come or recommend this place. This has marked us forever. These people should not be leading or representing their hospital.

I recently had an elective (non-emergency) angiogram at John C. Lincoln Hospital. The care I received was top-notch, from the doctor who performed the procedure (Ghazwan Elias) to the nurses and support staff. Dr. Elias explained the procedure thoroughly, making sure I understood, beforehand. I had light anesthesia, so I was awake during the procedure and could let them know if any discomfort or other issues (none). Post-procedure care was very impressive as well; from explaining after care to bringing me lunch, I wanted for nothing. HonorHealth has an excellent patient portal which is used by all of their providers, so all of your information is in one place, easily accessible..

I have had 2 loved ones admitted here and both times they were treated like absolute gold. The staff is genuinely some of the kindest, most caring medical professionals I have ever spoken to. They were unbelievably kind and attentive and always treat people with dignity and respect. They go above and beyond and have even been there for me when I had a hard time navigating things on behalf of my father and my wife. It is a city hospital and it very well may be understaffed or stretched thin, but these doctors and nurses have always made that hard to believe with the amount of care they still find for each patient.

  • lexi

I had the worst experience with this hospital. My loved one was supposed to stay and receive medical treatment for life threatening issues, but instead, they were falsely discharged. The doctors and staff neglected their needs and were extremely rude and lacking empathy. It was clear that they were more concerned with meeting quotas than providing quality care. This hospital's disregard for their patients' well being is unacceptable, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I hope they take the necessary steps to improve their standards of care and show more compassion towards their patients and their families.

I'd give 10 tousand negative stars for the er admin lady with glasses and brown shoulder length hair. While she was be littling my painand 18 ppl get the go-ahead with 1/2 of them no pain, walking, no big deal. DIDNT GET VITALS TILL AFTER MY X RAY??? NO PAIN MED? WOW. But because she's so condensending, I sat.. and sat.. and sat.. till the whole ER was cleared of anyone with a hang nail. I asked 3 times why everyone went before me. Then she says "oh there was a little mix up" I'm in so much pain IM hoping she loses her job. But that's mean and I don't want to stop her from breaking her fake smile on the devil.

Really bad experience at this hospital. Our first and last time. Nurses don’t have any professionalism. I hope someone can talk to the nurses so that they have compassion, ethics, empathy, humility and that they are human. When you work in a hospital you need all these virtues no matter if it is the one who cleans the kitchen or nurses. They have to know that we all go through something and they are there to help, not to make the situation worse. I think they need to refresh that orientation from when they were hired where they talk about equality and ethics and why they are there wanting to work.

Went in Sunday night at 930pm with excruciating pressure in my ears. Sat crying in the waiting for over 3 hours and never got seen. No one even checked my ears. Got fed up when people who came in after me sat for minutes. The nurse kept saying I was next, but I wasn't. I had to go home and try to get comfortable and get some sleep. Woke up in the morning and went to urgent care, to find out I had a double inner ear infection and my eardrums ruptured in the middle of the night. This hospital doesn't even deserve 1 star.

  • maureen bailey

This Hospital is always focused on taking care of the patient in the best possible way. They are kind and sensitive to helping and listen to all requests.I felt very secure and well taken care of.The nurses are outstanding and Physical Therapy as well as Occupational Therapy take an aggressive role in helping you while in the hospital as well as help at home.. I was very impressed with everyone's active role in caring for me. I can't say enough about the excellent care at John C Lincoln Hospital.

  • Judy Liebschwager

I didn't even go HERE!!! This is what showed up on my billing and sent to insurance which ended up being out of network. I went to HONORHEALTH on Waddell. They bill out differently and they check your insurance and up the billing tremendously and atrociously!!! I will never ever go back to HONORHEALTH!!! Look out people they do not care about anything than the almighty dollar!!! They need to be reported to the insurance board and I will be!!! One star only in order to be able to post a review.

Every time I have came here was a better experience than Abrazo West in Goodyear. I suffered from severe migraines and I was prescribed on morphine IV drip….I was released within a few hours. Come to find out, later on at another hospital that I am severally allergic to morphine. When they intake you for allergies, some people may not know they are allergic to a medication until they take it and they have severe allergic reactions or mild reactions and they can progress into other issues.

  • John Rankin

We walked in the door to visit a patient and were immediately greeted by two people that graciously offered to help guide us. Over the next several hours, every Med Tech, Nurse or Dr. we encountered were professionals with a heart. Every single one of them. After attending to the patient they would stop and tell us what would be happening next. All of them asked us if we had any questions before they left the room. Interpersonal communication at its finest. We were very impressed.

  • John Dough

Overall I had a decent experience here. You lost a couple points for the following. 1. You put me in a room with the stinkiest man on the planet. He had a yeast infection from poor hygiene, and I was supposed to share a bathroom with him. 2. Your social workers are a joke. Why bother dropping a form off to my room to never come back for it? She should have stayed while I filled it out. She waste my time, her time, and the hospital's time not being very good at her job.

  • Michael Gaylor

On July 27th I had a procedure done by Dr. Krauthammer. Gina was my pre-op nurse and Colleen was my post-op nurse. I received excellant care from all the Honor Health staff especially the ones I noted. I've had several procedures over the last few years and Honor Health is the best. I highly recommend this facility and their staff. I can't say enough about how pleased I am. Oh, my procedure has worked out very well. No complications, no complaints. Thank you.

  • Jennifer McElroy

This is the best hospital EVER! The entire staff was absolutely marvelous. Dr. Merchant is a phenomenal doctor. None of them felt the need to shame my husband like other hospitals have done. They figured out what was causing my husband's issue within an hour or so. Very passionate about the work they are doing. I also have many friends that have nothing but great things to say about this hospital. Your staff is amazing. Even security was top class.

  • Ricki Wickman

I was septic in the fall and I thought my infection was resurfacing. Explained I've lost 10lbs in the past 3 weeks (not on purpose)making thirty and that I was extremely weak and haven't been eating or drinking enough because of nausea/vomiting and I knew I was dehydrated. Several people came in after us and were taken back before me during our 5hr wait. We left, came home and called an iv team to come to the house.

  • Rudy Trujillo

I was taken to the E.R there by a Friend after being involved in a Car Accident. The staff there was RUDE & Appeared to be Racist towards me & I was told to Wait in the front waiting room for over 2 Hours while I was in PAIN & unable to Sit Down Properly , I walked out & Left .The Staff Appears to have a Hostile & Toxic work Environment there & I don't want to be a part of that Unprofessional DRAMA !!!!!

As i lay here came in at 8 pm. now 2:05 was seen fairly fast, do to a fall on right knee given a 5mg hydrocodone, then BP shot up pain now excruciating asked for help 2 hours ago and now nothing!!! We waited in the ER for 8 hours to be seen for a cardiac issue. Was finally put in a room doc came within 10 minutes to say "I'm not worried about his health. He's ok". :>( We have since gone to another hospital. And yes they changed his medication. He is doing better. THIS WAS OUR FIRST VISIT TO THIS HOSPITAL. WE WILL NEVER VISIT THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN! Front desk wasn't that great, either.

  • Scott Corey

Staff on the fith floor seamed to have some personal drama that they took out on my loved one, giving unessary attitude and false accusations towards my loved one. This nurse didn't bring meds on schedule made fuals accusations of straying away from diet and called security to have all friends and family removed just because she didn't like being told by her Superior to do her job

  • C H

Please finish remodeling the sixth floor to SINGLE ROOMS!!!! Please!!!! Patients need the appropriate setting and environment for healing. This includes peace & quiet and a comfortable place where one can be alone with minor distractions and noise. Please give the people food trays!!!! As a limb deficient person, it is really difficult to carry everything around. Please!!!

  • Ty Brewster

Sat here for hours on end in the middle of the night without seeing any staff. Not a single patient or worker in sight and we still haven’t gotten in yet. When asked when we’ll be helped they were very rude. Dealing with an allergic reaction in anaphylaxis shock and haven’t received any care. Better off going anywhere else or just hope that you don’t die.

  • Char C

I had 9 level spinal revision surgery March 28, 2023. I can’t say enough about my entire care team! Everyone from my surgeon, the nurses, medical assistants, anesthesiologist, radiologist, everybody was just awesome. It’s not the biggest or most luxurious hospital but the people there and the quality of care, couldn’t ask for any better! You guys rock!

  • Scarlett Murray

The 83 year old nurse in the ED needs to retire. Chick can barely see, is EXTREMELY rude and damn near ripped out my IV multiple times. Not to mention she kept calling me by the wrong name. You see other nurses having to correct/direct her constantly. Never returning to John c Lincoln solely based on Nurse Rose I believe her name was.

  • phil go

was brought here by ambulance due to extreme confusion, was left alone in a room all day, and was discharged within hours despite symptoms not resolving. the staff was very rude as well. they made every excuse to try and get rid of me and claimed i was “faking” my symptoms. my iv was even aggressively pulled out in anger by staff.

  • T Barton

Great hospital. Very clean and organized. Outstanding nursing staff and doctors are great. Lately I have had doctor appts where they have been so rude that it was nice to feel like I mattered and I am respected. This hosp is outstanding! I'll be updating regarding some seriously bad treatment by a group of doctors.

  • VANESSA CASILLAS

Everyine is so nice. They are thorough, and funny. They really made me feel important, and not just another number that they had to get past until they could finally get to what they really were looking forward to. Thank you all so much for that. It's pretty bleek out there, and you all just gave me a little hope.

  • Joanne Caruso

I recently had a Watchman implant done at HonorHealth-John C Lincoln. I can't say enough about the care I got there. Everyone from admin to nurses to techs to my surgeon were wonderful and caring. This is not my first experience there and every visit has been made more comfortable by these wonderful people.

  • Vanessa Kelly

My husband is in the ICU. The care he is receiving is exemplary. The staff is caring, loving and professional. Even staff who are not involved with him have been amazing with the family . We as a family couldn’t ask for more . So very grateful to any hospital staff I have dealt with. Even in the cafeteria.

  • Donna VanDyke

I just spent 2 nights in observation. From the moment I walked into the ER, I was treated very well. Every nurse, technician, doctor and food service personnel were kind, compassionate and really listened to my needs. This is a stark contrast to how cold and unfriendly the staff at 27th ave are.

  • STASH

CLEAN! Infection control is a serious need here. My family member got put in a room here & there’s blood on the floor. The floors & walls are sooo dirty. The janitor lady was dragging a trash bag full of trash on the floor across the hallways. The triage nurses & RN’s are kind & friendly.

  • brittnie turner

Unprofessional is what I’d say , if I was able to do zero stars I would. The fact we came in at 10pm mind you blood everywhere we did not get seen and taking care of until 1:36am. Worst experience I’ve ever seen especially the fact they barely had anyone in their lobbies …

  • Kyle Kelman

My procedure with Dr. Rao went smoothly. They took me on time, both Dr. Rao and the anesthesiologist spoke with me prior to the procedure. The check in was easy and prompt. Nurses were kind and efficient. I highly recommend HonorHealth facilities for all my medical needs.

  • Jessi Sage

I haven't been to this hospital since it became Honor Health, and I was pleased with my visit to the ER. They weren't busy. They treated us like people. Did several tests, and we received the results in a timely manner. I would recommend it especially to elderly people!

  • Sherry Marie

Professional, competent, courteous, personable and efficient service by all staff encountered in the outpatient check in, surgery, and recovery sections of the hospital. Rey pleased and comfortable with the services provided. Strongly recommend the facility

I was at the ER they stated they go by priority. I have a history of blood clots and went in for swelling in my legs. Apparently that's not a priority. So anyone looking for immediate medical attention on honorhealth is not the place to go.

House keeping was only in my room 2 out of 5 day stay. Communal bathroom was only cleaned once. All fixtures were filthy and you could see mop streaks, water spots and urine on floor around toilet. Same debris was on floor 4 out of 5 days.

From the ED to the CDU I have to give them 5 stars. As an ED nurse, I have to say everyone was efficient, professional, courteous and knew what they were doing. Dr. Murphy even stayed after his shift to give me imaging results as he knew

I had outpatient surgery today in the OPS. I am a retired OR nurse. I have to commend the staff and doctors for my excellent, caring and compassionate care I received. I want to especially praise Trisha who was my pre and post nurse!!!!

They put everyone in a “holding area” and the doctor spoke freely to 1 patient and everyone listened in. Hipa Violation. The doctor should have asked the patient to step somewhere more private. If I could give lower than 1 star I would.

This place is a joke!! Unique the nurse is rough rude and has no compassion. She basically stormed out of the room after trying to draw blood from my son. Melissa was kind as well as the doctor. Wish we would have gone somewhere else.

Terrible - my mom went to get stitches and it took them 8 hours to treat her and she had a stab wound. The rooms were hit and the doctors weren't gentle with her at all. I am never going back to this place.

Great group folks, they respond very quickly to your request and concerns on the My Chart app. No reason to call and have be on hold etc.
