每回總是這樣！在參加完烈酒展覽之後都會續攤，而且不會只續一攤⋯⋯都是用燃燒生命在行走江湖的，先來看看這第一攤 老實說我也搞不清楚這一代是屬於什麼環境不過相當熱鬧倒是真的，附近吃的喝的到處都是，經由朋友的帶領下到了這一家原來也是朋友的朋友所經營的精釀酒吧 Hop In，朋友說到了我還沒回神因為我以為是1樓的那一種店面，看他們爬上樓梯我瞬間覺得這裡好像暗藏春色的那種環境⋯⋯‍ 不過沒關係有朋友帶不害怕，沿著這民宅的樓梯往上爬可以感受到比較安定的感受了，因為有很多鋼瓶展示在樓梯間而且也有很多有關酒類的廣告佈置，爬上了2樓眼前所見就是那個喝酒的氛圍，完全正解！ 這邊氛圍我必須說真的很自在很舒服，雖然只有幾張桌子不過卻不擁擠，吧台前方還掛著電視正在播放體育賽事，靠著牆面的地方也有相當多比利時啤酒，不過比利時啤酒不是今天的解藥，我要喝的是 ipa ☝️給朋友的朋友張羅了吧台最棒的位子，先來一杯 Hazy Little Thing IPA 6.5% 但別問我為什麼取這個名字因為黑板上就是顯示這樣子的名字，一口入喉真的這個很新鮮，讚啦～隨著音樂以及跟朋友嬉鬧著一下子喝完了這大杯的 ipa，接著由朋友推薦更豐富一個級別的雲水精釀 double ipa 8%，這個確實複雜度跟口感更厚實，但這個沒辦法一下子喝完一杯，雖然這跟第一杯比起來只多了1.5%但這會讓體力雪崩式的衝擊耗盡，倒的很快～因為坐在一旁的朋友眼神已經出現渙散的狀態了！ 朋友的朋友正是這一家店的老闆，年輕李哲平頭非常友善，但是因為酒喝多了我也記不起來名字，僅印象叫 Ala 或 阿…什麼的，這個不打緊因為老闆很隨和下次去再問清楚一點就好了，整個喝酒的氛圍都很好，下回如果有在桃園中壢一帶過夜那我一定會再來，因為感覺老闆已經變成自己的朋友了只是名字沒辦法按正確的叫出來

A good selection of craft beers on tap that rotate from time to time. There'll usually be a pilsner, ipa, a dark beer and a sour. If you don't like what's on tap they also have a good selection of bottled beers both on the shelf and in the fridge. A very chill atmosphere and they even have a TV and you can watch live sport. The owner is pleasant and friendly. Price wise it's a little high or else it would have been a 5 star, but I really can't fault the operation. Keep it up guys! Nice place, good beer. Staff try to help English speaking customers. Come back often. Staff are so great. The owner walked me to a local restaurant and helped translate my order. Service is outstanding! Wide range of beers, with some local specials like tea beer, and Taiwanese hefeweizen. Several beers on tap, and the staff have good advice about what they sell. This place is still new and really deserves to be popular. It is a cross between a Japanese style bar and a western bar. Come here often, places like this should be supported.

Great experience on both of my visits. Craft beer bar that has a nice selection and knowledgeable beertenders. I had a nice beer nerd conversation with an owner on my second visit. I appreciate those who are passionate about craft beer. Music was not objectionable. TV playing baseball in corner. Beer related tins and posters as decor. Cozy space, the stools at the bar are little uncomfortable for long sessions of enjoying the many Belgian, English, German and American offerings. Small menu of fried bar food available.

Today there are four choices, two in light two in dark. We tried #1 and #4, both craft beer in excellent quality and average price. A small place next to a lab clinic (a little bit weird) but warm and nice. There are a few snacks (nachos and fries, and JP/TW style ones) we didn’t try because we already feed in the night market. I really jealous Taoyuan people to have those great beer house in this small circle areas.

位於桃園藝文中心附近，店面明亮視覺通透，有面外的大落地玻璃，路過不仔細看會覺得像咖啡店，直至招牌看到HOP及啤酒花圖案，店中佈置及燈光氣氛滿好的，喜歡紅磚的搭配。 菜單，啤酒共有11款tap，以進口生啤居多，其中有3款台灣在地精釀，另有清酒、葡萄酒及氣泡飲等，酒類的品種是滿多元的，可滿足不同族群，也有簡單的下酒小點。 生啤正常杯子容量為400ml，價位都在200元上下，加80元為大杯568ml。這次總共點了三款，其中Red point Hoppy Hibiscus是比較喜歡的IPA風味，主調性為花果香，尾韻不會太苦悶。 整體來說，店中氣氛舒服，酒類的品項多，就生啤價格來說算是滿實惠的，有機會會再訪。

A very relaxed atmosphere is what you'll find at this bar. The more sophisticated crowd can be found hanging out here over weekends. Hop In sells a good variety of ciders and beers. Lots of good stuff on tap. Well worth checking out.

Great beer and decent prices. They have quite a selection and offers lot of takeaway options. The one downside is the size of the bar, but they do have a table outside for smokers which allows you to get a bit of an open air feel.

初次到訪的時候剛好遇到 6 周年慶， 整間店的滿滿滿的老顧客， 但店主也沒有因此放生我們這種一輩子不會去幾次酒吧的人客! 推親切!
